I am feeling great now that I go to Natural Health & Wellness. I have been suffering with neck pain, muscle tension, vertigo, anxiety, fatigue, and the list goes on. I have been to so many doctors trying to figure out what was going on only to tell me that I was fine. Since I have been seeing Dr. Allred the list of ailments has diminished. I have been getting adjustments, massages, therapy, and foot baths. I feel like I can get out and be active again. The doctors and staff are caring. I appreciate their time and effort. The pricing is what I would expect, considering the time they have put into helping me feel better. The x-rays were about the same price that I have received from other doctors. The only difference is that I wont get told I have unexplained anxiety and get put on drugs. The supplements that I am taking are all natural. I didnt notice anything at first; however, after about a month I have noticed I dont get anxiety anymore and I have more energy. I feel like I have hope again now that I go to Natural Health & Wellness.

Best massage Ive ever had. Ive been to many massage therapists over the years. My massage therapist, Kris, was the first one who not only listened to me describe my pain points but also took the time to make sure they were handled. All too often, even with two hour deep tissue massages, these areas are just glazed over as the therapist goes through their normal routine even after I tell them where they need to focus on. I enjoy the massages but never feel like there is much progress with my pain points. I had better results in my one hour massage than Ive had from multiple two hour deep tissue massages. The consultation with Dr. Allred after was very informative. He wanted to get X-Rays before working on me which I appreciate. Ive had multiple chiropractors do the same thing. I tell them my pain points and every adjustment is the same thing and doesnt focus on my problems. Ill definitely go back and see what assistance they can provide.

I had been suffering from headaches, backache,fatigue and went to my regular doctor she had put me on "migraine" medication that only ended upsetting my stomach and told me that my backache was due to lack of exercise.I saw an ad for Natural health & Wellness,so I decided to give them a try. That is a decision that I will never regret. Thanks to Dr. Allred after almost 3 months I have seen a lot of improvement. I have regained my energy,have fewer headaches and backache, overall I would say I have recovered 80% and best of all I didnt have to take any medication to get better.You should give them a try the staff there is great they know how to make you feel welcome.

What a jerk! He refused to treat my wife because I asked him too many questions and he demanded more x-rays before treatment even though my wife just had taken 4 X-rays a couple days before (she has very mild pain). I just wanted some actual treatment instead of him only talking and charging $$$. Incompetent. Rude. Unprofessional. He still seems like a great doctor especially if you had an accident. So dont let this review deter you, but I wish he would have listened to me instead of ignoring me and kicking us out

I have learned to deal with the pain of having chronic headaches and whole back pain for years. I was referred to Dr. Allred by a friend and have been very pleased with his bedside manor, and expertise. When I came to Natural Health and Wellness, my range of motion was pathetic for a 32 year old. Dr. allred has been able to mobilize my joints again and I have had a significant reduction in my headaches and overall pain. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will be well taken care of.

This is a fantastic office. Great doctors and staff. If you are looking for a natural approach to your health care this is the place for you. I have found relief from my headaches, a car accident and hip problems while pregnant. The prices are affordable and I feel I get more for my money then at other offices I have been to. I also take my kids to the office. I am amazed at how chiropractic treatments have helped them as well. Thanks Dr. Allred for helping my family.

Amazing!! I was nervous about being adjusted but after being treated I fell really good. I dont feel as tight and stiff in my neck as before, and I havent had to take any meds for my headaches in the past couple of months. Dr.Allred as recommended a cpuple.of supplements to help my son with his concentration and it has really helped him out at school. The doctor is very personable and really takes his time to make sure your feeling good, and the staff is great too!

Thanks Natural Health and Wellness for helping with my back pain. Dr. Allred was great he took the time to explain why I was having pain and what I could do to not have this happen again. In the past I have been to chiropractors that wanted to get me in and out of the office as fast as possible.
