UPDATE: The doctor called me personally to explain what had happened and to apologize. I truly respect that she took the time to address the issue. Let me start this review by saying I respect that Dr. Erry is running a small business and that can pose many challenges. As a practitioner, I think she does a very good job of applying a treatment and making an adjustment. That being said, the business portion is atrocious. I received a late payment notice in December 2015 saying I had missed a payment back in April of 2015. BTW, this is the first time I had heard about a missing payment. This sounded odd since I always check in with the receptionist to make sure I dont owe any money and since my insurance doesnt cover chiropractic services until I meet my deductible, I usually just pay out of pocket for a visit. To verify, I checked my account balance on my HSA account and saw that 2 payments were made in April of 2015. I called back and left a message explaining that I thought there was a mistake and asked that they call me back so we could clarify the situation. CRICKETS. Now four months later, they call me about my outstanding balance. After explaining that I had tried to contact the office last year, that I have evidence on my bank account that two payments were made to them in April of 2015, and verifying with her that I only had 2 visits in April of 2015 she tells me she needs to talk to the doctor. This is a reasonable request except that she just hung up on me mid-sentence as I was trying to further explain that I would be happy to send her my bank statement. Truly, if you are going to provide services, you should at least try to provide good customer service.

日本人の者です。 妻が出産後、カイロに行きたいといったので、ネットで探してここに行き始めました。土曜日も隔週で診療してます。大きな駐車場ついてます（平日1時間2ドル、土曜無料）。 妻は保険診療＋保険外の針治療70ドルを毎回受け、とても体の調子が良くなりました。日本で受けたどの針治療よりも効いているそうです。先生はとてもいい人です。おすすめです。 （追記）先生が出産により今は代わりのCook先生の施術がメインです。Erry先生は2017年の春ごろには復帰していると思われます。

Dr. Erry is AWESOME!!! After recently being involved in a car accident and seeing another chiropractor, I can say that Dr. Erry is one of the best out there. She takes her time to provide the best service and listen to your concerns. Dr. Erry is very personal and understanding. She is one the the best doctors Ive seen in a long time. Words cant describe how phenomenal she is at what she does. I received dry needling on my knee. at first the sensation was very uncomfortable and awkward. After all the needles were in my knee the discomfort subsided and after three treatment the chronic pain was gone. I am currently receiving dry needling treatment for my lower back and after one treatment I can notice the difference. I would definitely recommend Dr. Erry for any of your physical therapy and spinal needs. The best, most beneficial treatment thus far has been the dry needling.

Dr. Erry is fabulous. Willing to listen to you, work with your needs and is considerate of your financial constraints as a patient. She does excellent prenatal work. Im in my seventh month of pregnancy and have seen some great results so far (I also find it helpful that she can relate to me, having gone through pregnancy and childbirth herself). Her office is tidy with a corner specifically for children in the wait room. She is very personable and friendly. Also, I appreciate that, unlike some other chiropractors I have been to, I dont leave her office feeling like I got whiplashed. She is able to use the same amount of pressure that a male chiropractor would, but at the same time, the adjustment is gentle. I also like that she explains each movement she is about to make so there are no surprises! I feel like Im in safe hands.

I found Dr. Errys clinic searching my Fathers insurance website because he needs ongoing physical therapy. He has seen her twice a week for almost three months and the results are incredible. Her equipment and techniques blend old world knowledge and sensibilities with modern medicine. She truly understands anatomy and how the body works. I was so impressed with her work on my dad that I brought my 8 year old son to her after he broke his ankle. She has worked wonders with him and he loves the "space age" techniques she uses. The ultrasound wand and clear-blue gel is brag-worthy. He will be back to his martial arts training very soon. Thank you Dr. Erry! It has been a relief to bring both my 8 year old son and my 62 year old father to same treatment clinic.

I am 20 years old and was diagnosed with arthritis last year. I have been living with a lot of pain and have had to limit my physical activities due to the uncontrollable grinding and popping of my knee caps. I had been to physical therapy previously and I plateaued after a short while. My orthopaedic doctor sent me to a chiropractor instead to try dry needling and I am glad that he did. Dr. Erry has helped improve the condition of my knees so that I am able to exercise regularly again and hardly ever need my braces anymore. The arthritic pain has subsided significantly since coming here for treatments! She also does great back adjustments which have reduced back pain by a lot! I would definitely recommend coming here for any chiropractic needs.

I absolutely Love, love, love Dr. Erry. I started seeing Dr. Erry after my horrific car accident in February 2012. When I first started receiving treatment from Dr. Erry, I wouldnt even let her adjust me because I was in so much lower back pain and trauma. Surely, after a few weeks of electric stim, rehab and doing the soft exercises she taught me, I started to feel better. In just a few short months, I have seen a vast improvement in my back and I totally trust Dr. Erry to give me the best possible care. Her pleasant attitude and demeanor makes her a joy to be around and probably contributes to her patients healing. I highly recommend Dr. Erry.

Dr. Erry is amazing! She definetely took care of my issue. 20 years of my life, I suffered from neck pain. I went to a lot of doctors. One doctor suggested that I should start drinking, socially of course. My pain was so bad that sometimes my body start shaking, it was scary. I did not know what to do. I even had psychological evaluation done, I had no issue of course. When I came to Dr. Erry, she knew exactly what it was (herniation)and within two months I was cured. Dr. Erry is wonderful! For over a year I was having pain in my right hip area. I had no idea what caused it, but finally decided to get it checked out. In less than 12 visits Dr. Erry was able to ease the pain. She made the exercises easy and made me feel comfortable. She really makes the experience as enjoyable as possible. She is very flexible with her time and always tries to best accommodate her patients. I never had to take off from work in order to go to therapy. As someone who hates exercise and is not a big fan of doctors, I can say I highly recommend Dr. Erry!

Erry Chiropractic is an excellent practice! From the promptness of treatment, to the number of services offered (TMJ massage, adjustments, dry needling, massage, etc.), this place is awesome. The office is well-appointed and soothing, appointment reminders are emailed as soon as you make them, and the whole place just has such a good vibe. Dr. Erry is professional and kind, and really, really good at what she does. Ive been treated for neck pain, TMJ, and muscle injury, and all the treatments were effective and have lasted. I highly recommend Erry Chiropractic!
