Ill start with a disclaimer - Dr. Win is great, but he should invest in a new nursing staff ASAP! All the reviews on here are old, from years ago - I first started taking my daughter here when she was first born and loved everyone! The nursing staff was amazing, helpful, and great with children. Those were not the faces I saw today when I took my 3 yr old daughter in for shots. The nurses barely spoke to my daughter to make her feel comfortable, were extremely abrasive and forceful holding her down, injected the shots WAYY too forcefully and hovered over her scaring her more than Ive ever seen her in a Drs office. Shes gotten shots before - I understand you have to keep them still, I understand that you have to inject the shot with some force - but this was excessive! After the second shot I was trying to calm my daughter down still neither of them said a word to her and the second she calmed down they were quick to forcefully restrain her again and hoover terrifying my child. I asked them to leave and come back in a few minutes bc I could tell they were scarring her and the response I got was well we are about to take our lunch break so we cant do that - the two seemed as if they are brand new to working with kids. If your children are older this may not be an issue but after this I demanded a copy of all her medical records and will never again subject my daughter to this kind of torment. Dr win is fantastic but both of the nurses I saw today should be kept far away from young children. Dr Win I would give 5 stars but these nurses were the furthest thing from competent I have ever seen in a doctors office.

Working in the medical field for so many years and having an insight of how medical offices run. The front office staff are very professional and great at what they do. There customer service is exceptional :) I actually enjoy going here. I take four of my kids and my brother has recently joined. And the doctor no doubt that he knows what hes doing. Not that many doctors call you personally to tell you the blood work results of your kids (nurses usually do this). He actually cares for the kids and goes above and beyond. He looks back at his notes and asks how the previous medical concern you were there for is going. He is so awesome!!! Very few doctors like this!! I gave this place a try and I agree from one of the previous reviews they are not very tidy...but you have to think this...the reason they are not very tidy is because they dedicate their time more to care and treat the patients as opposed to just look good. I do think maybe having someone come clean certain areas like main office in particular, fish tank etc...maybe a fresh coat of paint would help out a bit as far as appearance goes :) But overall as far as the medical part is concerned this doctor is one of the best in the area!!!

I have 3 children 9, 4 and 2 and Im due with my 4th on May 5th 2017. We lived in herndon up until last year and I have to say no other pediatrics facility tops this one. I wont switch. Ill make the drive from Manassas to herndon just bc I know the staff is great here and Dr. Win is by far the most caring doctor ever! You can tell he loves what he does and he never makes my kids feel uncomfortable. His office is breastfeeding friendly :) and I love how there are 2 sides in the front (one side is for sick kids the other is for well check ups)they also have a cute play area. Another great thing is they will fit you in there schdual when your child is sick... no need to wait a day or more they will have you seen same day. Truly the best pediatrics.

This place is terrible. We are new to the area and saw the good reviews for this place and thought wed try it. The place is not well kept and you can tell they dont care. We couldnt see through the glass on their fish tank, it was so gross. They bruised my daughters arm trying to do a blood draw (missed the vein, it happens), but when she got scared they brought in more people to hold her down. My husband stopped them and just told them not to do it. At least they listened at that point. But why attempt to do a blood draw on a screaming, bucking child scared out of her mind? Let the poor kid take a break! Shes never been like that at previous ped offices. We will not be returning.

Wonderful Doctors! Great and helpful staff! Down to earth, conservative but pro-active in their treatment. Dr. Tetteyfio and Dr. Quaye have been our pediatricians for 11 years and they are very kind, gentle and knowledgeable. We feel confident with their skills and have been pleased by their treatment of our 5 children over the years. They truly respect your position and authority as the parent and acknowledge your right to make choices in your childs healthcare. I highly recommend them!

I have three children ages 11,12 & 13. I have been going to this practice since my oldest was born! They saved my middle daughters life! I love them! Dr Win is great! My kids n teenage daughter love the doctor and the staff! The staff is great! Always helpful! Appointments are available quick! By the way I worked in healthcare for over 20 years! I absolutely love Dr. Win and so does my grandson who he has treated for several years. I am so sorry we are moving to another state and will miss him. He was always so thorough, detail, and patient with my grandson. He even took my temperature one time when I took my grandson to see him when I was not feeling well. I lost my cell phone recently and looked up the office number. See all these reviews!!! They are overall nice and always efficient with my messages, referrals, forms and etc. I never had any problem with anyone at the front desk or nurses or doctors. I wouldnt expect extra or fancy talk from anybody. Im good as long as they are nice and doing their work.

Simply find somewhere else. I have just wasted 15 minutes on the phone, I only asked if they had anyone available today, after soo many questions it ended with nothing, staff on the phone was also not helpful, she simply didnt care about anything. I have found much better options after a few more calls, both helpful and understanding.

We were referred by a co-worker to Dr.T & his staff. We chose them as our pediatrician for our son born last year. The doctors & staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. I feel safe taking my son there & knowing he is getting good medical care. I highly recommend them.
