My five children and I have been coming to Century Pediatrics for the last 11 years. This was before they were even located in the Fredericksburg area and I have never had a bad thing to say. The staff is always professional, courteous, caring and thorough. When my eleven year old was diagnosed with Laryngomalacia, Dr. Madiraju sat on the phone for around two hours to get him an appointment at VCU with a pediatric pulmonary specialist. Without him, it would have taken more than six months to be seen. Whenever there is an issue or an answer that they do not know, Dr. Madiraju and Mark will consult with other professionals to make sure you have an answer before you leave the office that day. They have a wide network of professionals that they work with and if necessary, will transfer you to the appropriate physician. Marie, Suheily and Jessica are always friendly and always greet you with a pleasant smile. They make the children who have anxiety feel calm and at ease. Century Pediatrics is more than a pediatric care office, it is an office that welcomes you as a friend and as family and they will make sure you get the care that you want, need and deserve. I love this office!

Extremely rude these girls the works there don know what they doing I went there because my son need it the fiscal for school and wen I went there they hand me the wrong papers so my wife call and ask them to fax the papers to the school an they said no they cant do that because there fax machine was not working so I call back the next couple days an there machine was still not working and they said they dont know wen it was going to be working again and I said well I need these papers to be faxed to the school because I really needed that I wasnt going to be waisting my time any more because they gave me the wrong papers at the beginning and the girl dint like that so she starts screaming at me like a crazy b so I tell her I was going to call the police on that an she said do what ever the f... You want so I ask to talk to the doctor and they all ways said shes never there so if I was u start looking for a different doctor because I already looking for one

This was my middle childs first pediatrician and Im happy I left for the pediatrician he has now. Every visit this pediatrician(Dr.Madiraju however you spell it) would send us to the er because my son had splotchy skin (model tone) and he insisted every time it was due to lack of oxygen. Every er visit they would send us home insisting my Dr is over reacting and that his skin was common in children with down syndrome. (The nurse at the pediatrician told us about his down syndrome before even seeing the Dr) When I told the Dr what the er said he told me to find another pediatrician because he "obviously dont know a thing about down syndrome" then called child protective services saying I was medically neglecting my son. They verified all doctors appointments and closed the case informing me who made the call. Never have I ever seen such rude and unprofessional behavior in a practice such as this. If I could give less than one star I would.

My son was a patient here for 8 years. These doctors are ok as far as colds or sickness are concerned. When my son got 2nd and 3rd degree burns, 1. they misdiagnosed a 3rd degree burn as a 2nd degree burn & 2. they were not equipped to take care of them. They did not know how to properly clean or care for his burns. They did not measure the areas to make sure they werent growing when in fact they were. Instead of them referring me right away to the burn hospital at Childrens Hospital at VCU or DC they prolonged this 3 weeks until I got fed up with the doctor not even showing up for work, canceling my follow up appointments twice with no notice, so I took my son to a new Pediatrician who took one look at his burns and got me an emergency appointment at VCU burn hospital where I found out my son would need skin grafts. I was very disappointed!

Extremely rude little girls that have no idea what they are doing! Move to another state and they dont want to help you get your own childs information. Jessica doesnt even want to let you speak she only wants you to hear what she has to say which is of no help then she changes her answer a million times. Learn consistency and understanding when a mother wants her childs information! There are other qualified office personnel in the area take your child there because these people can not help. No wonder Dr. Allen left he was a great man and deserves to be somewhere his potential can count.

Dr. Madiraju is a great doctor, he cares about his patients and spends quality time with them. I have been with him for six years. He is been taking care of my kids since birth. I been to all his three offices and the staff is very nice. Thank you

The Strange life

I have seen many reviews saying the ladies there are mean, but I have been going there since I was a baby and they are super nice and take good care of the people there. I love going there.
