If allowed I would give negative stars! My third visit here and Im beyond disgusted. First visit was over 3 hrs for a 10 min check up! Second visit was over an hr wait for a check up for medication that was issued from the first, tool literally less than 5 minutes. Last straw was today! Appointment was set for 8.45 doctor freeman didnt come in until almost 9.30. None of the staff bothered to inform me that he was running late, so around 9.13 I went to the front and asked what were we waiting on and it was then I was informed the Dr was not in yet and told that he had just texted that he was leaving the hospital. When he did arrive he was friendly, he informed me that the bag of oranges I had was not allowed in the office. I respected his wishes and put them away because who cares if you have a toddler who has been waiting almost an hr in a small stuffy room that youre trying to keep calm. The nurse came in to do the blood work, but after thinking about it I decided this place wasnt for me for sure. Upon asking if we would be billed for this service Dr. Freeman, wanted to speak with me. I explained the issues that I had with the office and his response was that I was early for my appointment. I didnt understand how I was early, when he was late and I have the print out confirmation of my appointment which let me know he was not leaving the hospital. When asked if we would be billed for the service he became extremely rude and defensive. He even went as far to say that he was going to discharge my son as a patient (after i said it was best i find a new doctor for my son) and began to ask why I never said any of this prior to him giving my son a full exam (checking his ears and listening to his breathing). After asking the same simple question, which was not open ended (if we were being charged for an allergy test) he finally answered in a hasty manner. Not to mention, he had a member of his staff in the office the whole time during this conversatio . This office is all about money, money, money and far from professional!

My grandchild was not sick, she just needed 4 months shots, the appointment was 9:45 am, with Dr. King she was so busy with the other 5 patients ahead of me. So at 10:35 am I asked to come into a examining room for vitals by a nurse and still no Dr.?? I asked the nurse how soon will the doctor be in,she tells me there 3 patients ahead of me again. So at this point Im upset, so they send in Dr. Freeman and he tells me there is a lot of sick children. So now its 11:00 and Dr. Freeman has agreed to see my child in a different examining room. We leave there at 11:45 (wow). The problem here is theres only 2 doctors, overbooked by appointments and you will ALWAYS wait to be seen, with an appointment 1 to 2 hours. Its called GREED

My son and I love him and his staff! They all are so friendly and helpful whenever I need anything, they are quick to get me the help I need as it pertains to my son. I also love the fact that its been a consistent staff throughout the time weve been going there and my son is now 5 years old, theyve all seen him grownover the years.

Very rude, unprofessional, and downright hateful. Ive never been more insulted by a supposed professional in my life! If you want a doctor to talk down to you and treat you like nothing hes your guy! The staff was nice, but if the doctor is evil it negates the good staff.

Dr. Freeman is the best pediatrician in the area! He is extremely knowledgeable and gives quality care. The staff are always friendly too!
