Both my kids have been going to little pearls. Every once they where babies. They called me last Christmas Eve and said I owe them $1000. I said this must be a mistake, Ive never seen a bill. The lady was rude and demanded payment immediately and refused to let me come pick up the bill at the office. What happened? My son had a filling. They charged us for 2. He only had one done. I was quoted a price with my insurance coverage. They dropped the ball. My insurance doesnt cover their type of fillings any longer. I would have gone somewhere else if they would have informed me of this. THIS IS CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. They are still calling over and over. I have said, I will not pay that amount. They have lost more money already than they gained by treating my family this way. I have moved on and will never step foot in this office again. They will never get the $1000 and they need to stop calling and waisting their time. Dont bother looking at their quotes, they will not honor them. As for the dental hygienist they are awesome with the kids! But its not worth what they put us through. I mean Christmas eve, come on........

Ours and our daughter experience with Dr. Michael was awesome!!! His staff and himself were very courteous starting with the head nurse (five stars) and his staff (four stars, smile will make it 5) and the doctor himself (five stars). My daughter watched “Tangled” while they worked on her and it didn’t even feel like the dentist experience I am use to; the doctor took the time to discuss our daughter’s concern and answered all of our questions, even though some of them were not specific to her. I wish he could be my dentist.

Im pretty sure the dentist is alright - cant remember through the unnecessary negative interactions with the front office staff. I am a customer, not someone that must bend to your needs and requests. They make me feel badly every time i have to deal with the front desk. And I always leave saying im going to find a new dentist. My kids like Little Pearls. I dont ever want to have to deal with them again. They need to learn how to speak with and treat customers with respect.

We refer many of our pediatric patients to Dr. Gazori at Little Pearls Dentistry for their routine dental cleanings. Dr. Gazori and his staff have a gentle touch and take wonderful care of our patients. The kids love the calm atmosphere of the office and "Finding Nemo" in the beautiful fish tank. Our parents come back to us thanking us for the referral to Dr. Gazori and the excellent care their children received.

My son had a chipped tooth and it was in need of repair. They got him an appointment very quickly! I didnt wait long to be seen, and they were soooooooooooo great with him while fixing the tooth! It was fast and no stress to my son! He loves the dentist, and I dont think little kids say that too often! Would HIGHLY recommend!

My daughter totally loves to go see Dr. Michael. He always make sure that my kid feel comfortable before he checks her teeth. The atmosphere of his office is very great for children. My husband and I are very impressed to see our little girl feel comfortable with her first dentist visit- no fuss and no cry. :)

My two toddlers (3 1/2 years old and 2 years old) always leave Little Pearls proud and happy. The staff is awesome - always talking through things before doing them, letting the kids adjust first, and then praising their good jobs. (The Netflix option is also well-loved by my two.) We will keep coming back!
