I have used Hanover Green Veterinary Clinic for many years, starting with my ancient cat who was cared for in the final months of his life as he battled oral cancer. The kindness and compassion I experienced during that hard time brought me back there years later when we adopted a new puppy. Mia was cared for there her entire life with much love from the team, especially from Diane and Sioux at the front desk and Dr. Creasy. Mia eventually developed renal failure and again, the team at HGVC was so kind, knowledgeable and supportive referring her to specialty services, but staying so involved in her day to day care. After Mia passed, Dr. Creasy placed two wonderful new rescue pups with us and again, the crew at HGVC - Dr. Lorentzen, Dr. Creasy, the kind and unflappable front desk folks (LOVE Diane, Sioux, Leah, Sarah and Stephanie!) and awesome techs give such kind and loving care PLUS bring such expert knowledge to the care of my fur kids. If the problem is persistent (and boy, have we had some!) The docs there will dig and search for answers, but always know when its time to refer out to a specialist. I cant say enough good things about HGVC - the wait might sometimes be long, but thats because they always take the time to thoroughly examine your pet and get the full details to help treat them appropriately.

I have not seen the care nor the expertise others have spoke about in their reviews. I have seen nothing but incompetence. I brought my cat in for a decreased appetite secondary to constipation. What I got was an estimate to put in a feeding tube if he didnt start to eat-and was told that he wasnt even obstructed. They gave him antibiotics anti- nausea meds and then was sent home. I also had an issue with them sending the records to the emergency service. What really annoys me is that they charged me a lot of money for nothing. These people are useless. Lesson learned..... always trust your gut and get a second opinion. Always. Update: obstruction was cleared by ER vet and my cat started eating as soon as we got home. No fever. Happy happy cat!

We have an Old English Sheepdog that has neurological issues which make him "not happy" at vets and groomers. Recently, we discovered a 2 1/2 inch stick lodged in the roof of his mouth.Hanover Green has been working with us for almost a year to give our dog a better frame of mind and a better life by treating his disorder-and successfully I might add. The stick presented a particularly difficult problem, but Dr. Creasy and Dr. Jesper, as well as the vet techs, came through for us in their usually marvelous manner. We cant say enough good things about this clinic and the professional staff. We are so happy to see the care they give to every animal-not just our two dogs.

I have gone to Hanover Green for years, all my pets have extra special needs and they are always there to find answers. They are always compassionate and try to find the best solution for pet and owner. My husband recently passed away resulting in money being tight, of course this is when my oldest dog gets hurt they tried to do everything as cost effectively and efficient as possible. When you go to Hanover green you and your pets become apart of the family not just another animal! Everyone there always has a kind manner and is willing to do what it takes. We adore Dr Rush and look forward to the whole staff caring for our pets for years to come! So thankful for HG!

Talk about the best people in the area to treat and follow pets! I have three Jack Russels who were diagnosed with Parvo. With the help of this clinic and their staff they were able to have a complete and full recovery of all three of my puppies....Brutis is now 4 and is an outstanding pet. Petie is full of energy and runs like an true track star! Girlie, she found a wonderful home out in Prince George where she can run and be the sensational girl that she is.....and we owe it all to the Hanover Green Veterinary Clinic doctors and staff. The best place to get compassionate and experienced veterinary care for your fur babies!! I have been using Hanover Green for the past 15 years! The staff is compassionate and caring and when I lost my best friend to cancer almost a year ago, they mourned his loss with me! The receptionists all gave hugs, sent a card, and the compassion and professionalism Dr Creasy showed during the hardest time in my life made the situation less horrible! I can go on and on about this place, but trust me when I say that there is no place I would rather have care for my fur children!!

I wont be coming back. Dr. Creasy used to be caring and kind, but now shes loud and overbearing. Ive gotten two lectures from her in fewer than 4 months (about particularly healthy and well-loved dogs!) She also refuses to administer her (incredibly overpriced) vaccinations to my dog in a single visit, thus increasing the cost of bringing my dogs for routine care. I will not be returning to that hot, dirty office where everyone cares enough to think your pets are cute, but not enough to make sure that they are cared for.

My family has been coming to Hanover Green since 1979! In the last several years, as our cats have gotten older, the staff has helped us through many issues: several emergencies, managing chronic illnesses, and even hospice care for 2 of our dear cats nearing the end. All the staff here love animals, and theyve been incredibly supportive and compassionate through the many ups and downs weve gone through with our chronically ill kitties. Were clients for life!

What can I say, we love Hanover Green! I have been taking my pets there for 16+ years and we adore the staff. One of our recent dogs developed Parvo at 10 weeks, and if it werent for the quick actions taken by Dr. Creasy and the staff, he would not have survived. I tell everyone about Dr. Creasy and how wonderful she is. I highly recommend her and all the vets at Hanover Green!

I have three cats and take ALL three of my babies to Hanover Green Veterinary Clinic. The staff is amazing (Especially Dr. Desiree Brooke) and I know I am leaving my little critters in excellent hands when I drop them off. I have been treated with nothing but respect and I can tell they truly care about my situation. I recommend all my friends with fur babies to Hanover Green!

I took my bunny to Hanover Green for a ripped nail. Dr. Boyd was attentive and took care of the nail. The nurses and staff were friendly. The wait was a little longer than I thought it would be but otherwise, the care and attention to my bunny was great. I would definitely come back here for any future bunny issues!

Such a great caring staff! Highly recommend this Vet :) Had to bring my dog Jack in as a "sick" new patient and they worked him into the schedule on just a moments notice. Words cannot express my gratitude for helping to heal my sick pup right before the holidays!
