My biggest thanks to Nova Mobile Vet and Staff! My dog Linus has been battling cancer for several years. During his last week in this battle, he was refusing food and his favorite treats and I knew I needed immediate assistance. Most of the time he could not walk, and when he could it was to drink some water and go to the bathroom. I needed help fast as his condition was deteriorating rapidly. I knew that euthanasia might have been on the list. I decided to call Nova Mobile Vet to see if they had any appointments. To my surprise they got me in the next day! Jennifer did a great job scheduling me in and making the appointment. The day arrived and I was frantic and crying. Dr. Cryan and Bonnie came to my apartment and checked out Linus. The kindness in their eyes comforted me. I knew my dog was not well. But I could not get the strength on my own to bring him to the vet (if possible euthanasia was on the list). It was better the doctors come to my place. Sure enough, his cancer caught up to him and he sadly had to cross the rainbow bridge. They comforted me and were patient as I cried. It seemed like they would stay with me forever. It was a very special moment having them there. Linus and I offer our gratitude for your business, loving care, and emotional support. After three years of battling cancer from a previous diagnosis of a 3 month life longevity, it was time for him to be with the Lord. I cannot thank you enough for your services and blessed care. May God bless you and your business. I will be spreading the word to all of my family and friends. Thank you for everything Nova Mobile Vet!

Dr. Cryan and vet tech Jim are just wonderful! They have attended to my two German Shepherds, as well as my senior cat. They are incredibly personable, compassionate, kind, and thorough, as well as professional... My GSD pup had several issues with his legs and muscle strains, among other things, and once when I called in a panic in regard to him presenting as having kidney pain, they came through at the end of a very busy day when I had no appointment, and checked him out. (Pup had simply strained his groin muscle). I cant say enough good things about this team - best vet and tech I have ever had in my whole life with animals! Wonderful, wonderful service. I would give them 100 stars, if I could!

I recently had to make the very difficult decision to have my beloved cat who I have had in my family for 20 years euthanized. Dr. Cryan and his wonderful staff helped make this decision much easier. As she had been doing fairly well (for a 20 year old cat) until the day prior, Dr. Cryan looked for any signs that the problem was only temporary; and when it was determined that it was not, he provided me with options and the potential outcome for those options. Dr. Cryan never rushed me to make a decision and was totally supportive and compassionate.

We are patients at another vet with a regular doctor, but wanted to have the "end-of-life" care conducted at home rather than the stressful environment of the vets office. NoVa got and reviewed the records from our regular vet, arrived within the appointment window, conducted a thorough exam and then performed the procedure. They were very professional and communicated everything that was happening, at all times being very sensitive to our grief. They made a very difficult process at least a bit less painful for all involved (pet & people).

Dr. Cryan ROCKS!!!!!! I am such a worrier as my service animal ages and every change brings me anxiety, but only until I meet with Dr.Cryan who is so patient explaining to me the aging process and how my baby boy is on track with good health for his age and conditions. I have peace of mind every time I see him. I would like to just camp out in his vet mobile and stay remain this peaceful. LOL Thank you so much and Bonnie I missed you this visit!!! If you want a vet with a lot of options for care, this is your Vet. Not only do they come to you but you can also see them in their office. Makes it so easy to get an appointment for the pups. They have taken such good care of my dog and their staff is amazing. Anytime I call in for something i think is small or worrisome they always treat it like it is the most important appointment. Really, just over all caring and attentive vet, I have ever had.

I cant even say the service was good. They NEVER showed up! Our window was from 11-1300 and at 1355 my husband said they still hadnt showed up. I tried to call and surprise, no one answered. So I left a message and wrote Autumn to cancel because of their lack of showing up. They have both numbers for my husband and I and never bothered to call either. This is extremely unprofessional.
