HORRIFYING!!! We took our new dog to Banfield to get a free check up using the coupon that came in petsmart adoption kit and were denied service several times. When we finally got him in they said he has an ear infection which needs medicine to be treated. They were trying to force us into getting a plan that cost hundreds of dollars and didnt allow us to buy the medicine our newly adopted dog needs to get rid of his infection. When we called to try again they gave us the run around so we went up to the stafford banfield off of garrisonvill rd where we had been trying to get help all this time and the girl said oh they didnt say what he needed and we had to make another appointment and have it diagnosed again. They are a joke. If you love your pets please dont take them here they deserve much better. I only gave one star in the review but I wanted to give none.

Ive always had the best experience here until today. The nurse that was there (only one) was very rude to my husband. All he wanted was to get our dogs nails cut and she gave him attitude and told him "thats why theres grooming over there"...other customers that were there waiting...we very upset too because she was giving everyone attitude. One male customer had 4 dogs with him and she treated him like crap. He got so frustrated that he made her cancel his 4 dogs appointments and the insurance plan he had just opened with them. People that are rude like that should not be working with customer service. Im very upset to the core. Weve always had the best experience with the rest of the staff. Now we are looking into switching services as well because of this experience.

This Banfield location has been under new management since last fall and what an improvement!!! The vets are awesome and the staff is always very kind to me and my pets. I particularly like Dr. Trout but the other 2 are really good too. Its open 7 days a week, but it is so popular sometimes you need to book routine stuff a few days in advance. Theyre pretty good at fitting you ASAP in if your dog is really sick though--saved me a ton of money going to them when my dog got sick on Labor Day. They have wellness plans that spread out the cost of vaccines and routine stuff over the year and you can get dental cleanings too if you want that. Its cool because you get free unlimited office visits--no physical exam charges if you get on one of their plans. Saved me a ton.

Im only giving one star because zero stars isnt an option. You drop your dog off in the morning so they can put your family pet in a cage for up to 10 hours while he waits for a doctor to give vaccinations factory line up style. When you finally get to pick your pet up, they bring him out to you and you never get to talk to a doctor. You might find things of concern on the sheet the receptionist gives you but too bad..you cant talk to the doctor. Also, one of the ladies at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. This clinic doesnt care about you or your pet. No bedside manner or customer service. My car had been looked after better while getting an oil change.

The first appointment we were supposed to have, my wife actually received a voicemail appointment reminder, but when we brought our dog in, they told us we did not have an appointment. They did not even bother to see our dog that day. I said fine, and rescheduled for another appointment 2 weeks later. The girl at the desk even told me that the appointment is in the computer. Guess what, my wife called today and we do not have an appointment scheduled. Im not sure whats going on, but they were fine before all this happened. Suggestion for others is to make sure you get something written down on paper. Definitely taking my dog somewhere else from now on.

Do not go here!! I have a 15 week old puppy who was prescribed Bravecto for mites. After being somewhat sceptical I looked up Bravecto on their website and it was made very clear that Bravecto should not be given to puppies under 6 months of age. I also called another vet and they said the same thing the Bravecto website did along with saying Bravecto doesnt even treat mites. Never again will I go to Bandfield Pet Hospital, although they have cheap prices the vets and techs are about as stupid as they come, the people at front desk are rude and also know nothing when it comes to animals and their health.

Excellent veterinary care! Dr. Hinlicky went above and beyond in caring for my cat (tooth extraction/inflammation). She not only removed the problematic teeth but spent time looking for the source of the problem (a tumor, not an infection/abscess like we previously thought), which will help me better care for my cats health issues. Had it not been for Dr. Hinlickys excellent care, I would not be addressing the proper issue for my precious pet! Additionally, customer service was great from the start, as the receptionist and veterinary doctor were both extremely friendly and informative.

Ive been a client of this Banfield location since I got my German Shepherd when she was 7 weeks old and that was almost nine years ago. The nursing staff and doctors have always been great with her. Since then I have started bringing my two cats as well and they are just as great with them. I cant recommend Banfield enough, especially the Wellness plans (which I have for all three of my pets). It always saves me so much money.

I love everyone at this Banfield! Staff are all very professional yet a little bit goofy when it comes to interacting with my animals -but who doesnt want that?!?! lol They are all very knowledgeable and show my animals love and affection. Will never take them anywhere else again!
