This is by far the worst animal hospital Ive ever been to. Weve had a couple of bad and rather questionable experiences here in the past. We had two cats and a medium-sized dog. Key word: HAD two cats, no thanks to these people who have the nerve to call them selves veterinarians. One of our cats, a beautiful and loving calico tabby, was gaining wait abnormally so we brought her in for a check up and the hospital told us she was fine. Two weeks later, our cat was having a very hard time breathing and we had no idea why. We immediately called the hospital and asked if we could bring her in, and they DENIED us service before we could even finish explaining what was happening. We brought her to the nearest emergency pet hospital, and they told us the reason she was gaining wait abnormally was because she had an abundance of fluid in her lungs. Our cat, Tacoma, died later that evening. She died because BANFIELD PET HOSPITAL LIED to us, and refused to help our animal. She was only three years old. When we mentioned that we brought our animals to Benfield Hospital, the emergency doctors laughed and verified that they couldve prevented our cats death if they werent so lazy and uncaring. Vets, above all people, are supposed to love and care for animals, but instead youd rather kick back and lazily provide service while collecting a paycheck. This is a warning to all. My family are not the only ones who were affected by this Pet "hospital". Take your animal somewhere else if you really care for them. I will NEVER set foot near this hospital again.

We take our two dogs to Banfield and have had no problems. They are great for routine care and some emergencies. It seems that emergencies always happen later in the evening and on weekends. We did have an emergency one evening and they were about to close. They could not help us so we took our puppy to the Hope Center. The Hope Center is great but its $1,000 to just walk in the door usually. If Banfield had overnight services they would be 5 stars. I do have to say that Ann(e?) is a wonderful vet tech. We have a rescue that we only leave is she is there because he is so afraid (and will bite because of it). He loves her and she goes the extra mile to make him comfortable and relaxed.

This location has the best doctors in the area. They are kind, compassionate, and helpful. We had to take in our dog for her final vet visit yesterday, and though it was extremely difficult to let her go, the doctor and staff were so kind and did everything they could for us. I could tell they were all very sad to see our girl pass, too. Theyre VERY good at providing care for pets at this location.

A little expensive for older dogs, but worth the cost for puppies.
