My first appointment here for my dog was great! I met with Dr. M and she was wonderful with my very anxious dog. Unfortunately, the rest of our visits werent so great. We met with another female vet that was very cold towards us and our animals. From then on we got conflicting treatment information from the different vets. When one of our dogs became so sick he stopped eating, we took him in for some tests. We never received a call about the results of the tests so when I took him for additional tests I was told the other tests were never done. I ended up driving an hour away to our previous vet to get the treatment he needed. When I needed a refill on some medication, my vet said she could call it in to a vet closer to me so that I wouldnt have to make the drive. When I asked Maple Springs to refill the medication they seemed upset I had stopped go to them, they never called me back to pick up the medication, said they needed all of his records, and when I picked up the medication the lady wouldnt even look at me. My dog is going through chemo for a very aggressive form of cancer and they couldnt even show some sort of sympathy to our situation because they were too busy being upset about losing a client.

Maple Springs excels in every way imaginable. We have two greyhounds and their breed is known to produce different results in their blood work. Finding a veterinarian that knows about these differences was paramount. Finding Maple Springs has been a truly fantastic experience. Not only are the veterinarians knowledgeable but the entire staff goes out of their way to make our dogs and my wife and I comfortable. I kid you not my dogs like going to the vet and I have to pull them back out the door I get better follow up from the doctors at Maple Springs than I do from my own physician. Do yourself and your pet a favor and check them out you will not be disappointed.

I was shocked to have an extremely bad visit this morning. In the past I have been very happy there. Dr. Rivera was wonderful with my dog. I thought I was in for a quick blood draw and didnt even expect to see a vet. So I was annoyed to not only see a vet but have them try to tell me that my dog needed even more tests. Yet when I was on the phone with the vet nothing was mentioned other than the blood draw. I was actually hurt when the vet yanked my dogs leash out of my hand. Not saying I wasnt being a pain but last time I checked that was not a reason to hurt someone.

The best place ever! Great experience! My dog had bites from another dog ! They took him in right away complaining Maddy branch place telling me bring him on Friday ! Are u kidding me ! Luckily maple staff took care my dog like it was their own !! And now he is home safe! Thank you so much ream!! Great just great ! I would recommend everyone there
