I have been taking my 2 dogs here for almost 2 years and love this place. I would recommend this place to anyone. After reading the reviews posted I am appalled. Every dog owner should be responsible for their own pet and CPAH acted based on orders given. If the owner really cared for their pet they would have reported the pet missing the day of not the next day. People should be blaming the dog owner for being left unattended and not CPAH. What happened to people taking personal responsibility? People now a days like to point fingers to anyone but themselves. This was the fault of the owner. When my dogs are outside I make sure I keep a watchful eye on them and I am aware of where they are at all times, that is what a true responsible owner is. I have a dog with seizures and this keeps me more on my toes because of his special needs. CPAH has helped my Fiancé and I out with our special needs dog and have given him the most utmost care. I would say they did a better job than the Emergency Room. They have given us vital information throughout the entire process. They have shown us that they care about us and our family pets. I trust CPAH. If people decide not to go to CPAH it should be because of personal experience not based on what they read, get your facts straight people. I will continue to go here and encourage others to do so because of the friendly and knowledgeable staff and not an incident that occurred in which the owner was purely to blame. Keep up the good work CPAH!

The very best animal hospital that Ive ever been to in the past 35 years! I needed a new vet and had been looking, as my previous vet had a filthy office and misdiagnosed my dog two times too many. I unfortunately became more motivated when my second dog became ill. Crosspoint took us that very day in a snow storm without judgement or hesitation. It is a delightful, state of the art, well staffed animal hospital. I was so impressed with this modern, clean and beautiful (its like being in a ski lodge in Vail!) facility and their very educated staff. They clearly invest a lot of their money into the best equipment and a quality staff. Everyone from the doctor to the lab techs were wonderful to our Penny. They followed up daily with emails and phone calls for many days. Penny is now fine when I wasnt sure 10 days ago is she would survive. I have found my vet for life! Couldnt recommend it more highly. They gave me a detailed treatment plan and prices upfront before doing anything and it actually came back less expensive at checkout. They are WELL worth the price, which was reasonable to begin with. Love, love, LOVE this place :)

Crosspointe Animal Hospital has been the vet for four of my dogs over the last 15 years or so. They have never been anything but wonderful to us. They have a great staff and the vets are always willing to take the time to discuss any concerns that I (or my inquisitive son) have. Before taking the advice of non-client customers who have commented in knee-jerk reaction, I would suggest finding out the facts surrounding the sad fate of Basie the Corgi. What the commenters do not tell you is the medial condition of the dog when it was brought in. What the commenters have failed to ask is why the family had not contacted Animal Control more than 24 hours after their dog went missing. I have an escape artist of a dog. She is microchipped and I have called Animal Control to report her missing, within the first hour of her escape. More importantly, I would never want her to suffer unnecessarily, waiting for me to be found, simply so that I could have the emotional satisfaction of being there. I put her physical comfort before my own emotions.

The doctors and staff are so kind and caring here. When my cat got sick suddenly Crosspointe got me in right away. My cat is very skittish, so after the initial exam while we were waiting for the results, he hid under the chair. I sat by him and pet him to calm him as best I could. When the doctor came back with results she plopped right down on the floor next to me to discuss them so I could keep petting my boy. Crossppinte even called me the next day to check up on him. Later, when another cat came into my care with a massive ear infection, they got her treated and kept working with me until we not only got the infection cleared up, but also figured out she had a food allergy. They really care about animals, and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I have been taking my dachshunds to Crosspointe Animal Hospital ever since I moved to Northern VA 4 years ago. Each and every one of the veterinarians and staff I have encountered there have given exceptional quality care to my pets, and I would not consider taking them elsewhere. Additionally, as a 20-something with a mountain of student debt, the people at CPAH have always worked with me to find the most affordable method of caring for my pets possible -- definitely appreciated! I would recommend this hospital to anyone, as it is clear that they love and take great care of animals (and their people).

I have been taking my animals to Crosspointe Animal Hospital for over 7 years now. I will note as well, that I have a different Vet office 1/2 block from my house and still drive to CPAH. CPAH and staff have been nothing but compassionate and responsive to my animals needs from a simple nail trim all the way until its time from them to cross the bridge to the other side. CPAH has always amazed me with their responsiveness to my concerns and by proactively following up with me when new medication or serious procedures has been done. I will continue to recommend CPAH to my fellow animal lovers.

Cosspointe Animal Hospital is a trusted vet. Ive lived in many cities, used many vets, and Crosspointe has always taken great care of my two dogs and has never conducted any procedure without my consent. The people who have written negative reviews of this practice are acting on what theyve heard through the media and internet, and dont know the full story. I will continue to take my pets to Crosspointe and would refer anyone looking for a great, honest and reputable veterinarian with over 30 years of experience. Trust me, they want nothing more than to better the health of pets.

CPAH has taken great care of my dog. They are always up front with the costs associated with my visits. Rates seem reasonable. I dont agree with many of the negative reviews posted here. Anyone who knows the facts of the Basie case will agree that they did the best they could under the circumstances. Anyone who lets their dogs run loose without a collar or ID cannot expect someone to come calling that their dog had been hit by a car and needs to be picked up. Anyway, I will continue to use CPAH as my vet as they have treated my dog and my family very well at each visit.
