My sweet boy Rocky been a very sick.Doctor Wolff and Doctor Brook and all staff been very kind and very helpful to us!My sweet angel passed away last saturday.I cried a lot.I am still shock and heart broken.Doctor Wolff called us and left very nice voice message.Doctor Brook been in duty the time my Rocky passed away.She stay with me and my husband ,talked with us very kindly.Yesterday we received sympathy card from all doctors and staff of Vienna Animal Hospital the all very sorry for our loss.WE ARE GLADLY APPRECIATED TO DOCTOR WOLFF,DOCTOR BROOK,VANESSA,JENNIFER AND ALL STAFF FOR KINDNESS AND RESPECT!FOR LOVE THE GAVE MY SWEET BOY ROCKY!!!!!GOD ONLY KNEW HOW MUCH WE LOVED HIM AND HOW MUCH WE ARE MISSING HIM EVERY SINGLE MINUTE.I WISH I KNEW THIS WONDERFUL PEOPLE LONG TIME AGO.MAYBE NOW MY ROCKY BEEN ALIVE.THE ABSOLUTELY NOT GREEDY AND ABSOLUTELY NOT AFTER MONEY.THE LOVE ANIMALS AND THE RESPECT US,OWNERS.THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND GOD BLESS YOU ALWAYSincerely,Natalia and Michael and Omar(Rockys and Pumbas owners).

I cant say enough good things about Vienna Animal Hospital! They provide excellent veterinary care, but what really makes them awesome is their customer service and personal touch. Ive been going to see Dr. Wolff for about a year now with three dogs. Hes great and clearly loves animals; he gets down on the floor with them and plays and makes them feel very comfortable, and is great with the parents too! I had one dog when I first started seeing them and he tragically passed away over the holidays at an emergency vet, but when Dr. Wolff found out he called and left me a voicemail to say how sorry he was and the staff sent me a sympathy card. I now have two pups and every time I go into see them I get a thank you letter. They even send birthday emails on your pets birthday! I really cant recommend them enough- you should feel totally confident taking your pets here! Theyre also much less expensive than the DC area vets, so while I dont live close to them its so worth the drive. Love them!

If you want a knowledgeable and thorough vet that really cares about your pet, you should go to Dr. Eric Wolff. We have only the highest regard for Dr. Wolff who has taken a keen interest in the well being of our dog since our first visit. This was never more evident then during the recent onset of congestive heart failure in our 13 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Grace. His timely referral to a local emergency care center and cardiologist certainly helped her survive the acute onset. Since then he has worked to coordinate treatment with the cardiologist and has contacted us on a number of occasions to see how Grace was doing and to offer assistance. Human doctors should take a lesson from Dr. Wolff!

This place is a joke, my wife waited over 30 minutes past her appointment time after showing up 10 minutes early and didnt see any other customers. They did a urinalysis and tried to tack on a full blood panel when we only wanted to test if my dog had a UTI. After spending less than five minutes actually in the room, they sent my wife up to the front desk and proceeded to charger her in excess of $400 (including $90 for a rabies shot and another $80 for a wellness checkup which they didnt even do). When she mentioned the price they said "This is Vienna, it has a higher cost of living." How pretentious can you get. Avoid.

Weve taken our lab here for years and they provide high quality, loving care for him, but with a bit of a small town feel. Dr. Eric Chafetz is the kindest, most knowledgable vet Ive come across. I am constantly amazed at the amount of time hes willing to spend with pet and owner to discuss their overall health and well being. We moved about 25 miles away recently, but when it came time to make some tough end of life choices, there was only one doctor that I would trust to help us walk through the process and to make the best decision for our loved one. Ill never forget the quality of service and caring that theyve provided.

After waiting for over a week to get into this neighborhood clinic for my cats checkup and immunizations I showed up a little early to my appointment. After waiting a few minutes a family with a cat walked in and waited near me to see a vet. A minute later a vet opened his door and ushered them in. Im thinking -- they must have been a long time customer and the cat had a problem. Thats fine, but after waiting over 35 minutes and listening to the vet and family socializing behind the razor thin door, I decided to take my patient but travel-hating cat elsewhere. The Oakton-Vienna Vet Hospital fit me in the same day!

Ive used Vienna Animal Hospital as a vet for around ten years; over that span weve had four cats and one dog. The pets have had regular checkups and vaccinations, and more serious issues: breathing problems, cancer, congenital hip issues. Dr Westfall has been unfailingly helpful, answering evening phone calls at no charge when the dog has chewed up and possibly eaten something inappropriate or a cat has an unsettlingly-colored hairball.

Vienna Animal Hospital is a great facility with top notch doctors. Weve taken our dog there for the past 3 years and have had seen most of the doctors there. They all treat us with great respect and genuinely care about our dog. When we needed to have surgery done on her leg they were able to recommend many options for treatment. They might not be the cheapest vet in the area, but the expertise and care they give is well worth it.

Weve be coming to Vienna Animal Hospital for almost ten years now and theyre absolutely fantastic! Sadly were moving away next month and so saying goodbye was extremely difficult. Dr. Westfall is a part of our family and there were a lot of tears. Our dog absolutely loves it there and excited to see Dr. Westfall every time. I would recommend them highly!

They told me they didnt bother reading his chart and asked me questions....went to huntermill instead...they read my dogs chat and asked me questions about it rather than me telling them about my dog...(we were talking about his history in general).

This place is a total joke and rip-off. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. They might be nice and play with your pet, give it a treat, etc., but really, what vet doesnt?? They just want in your wallet - DEEP in your wallet.
