I didnt desire a 6 month contract and chose the month to month plan and then as needed. I requested medical records then to my surprised I was told to pay 118.00. They told me that I was late paying my contract bill. I never received a bill.. If I had not walked in I would have accumulated billing continuously without my knowledge. I didnt sign the entire contract either just the portion that pertained to me and what I agreed. To cancel I was told to sign another form and this form must be their form& certified pr hand delivered to the contracted facility. This form agrees to another 30 day billing for further treatment even if not needed. They referred to the Director. I asked who that was and found out it is the Corporate entity not any person. No complaint line or concern line for the customer.The desk clerk refused to allow me to call and speak with anyone and refused names. The franchise refers to the Corp for consulting. The signed agreement (contract) is only for the franchise and its owner and not the Corp. Is there anymore honesty in healthcare? .

STAY AWAY!!!...as we all know these days everyone is out for your money. These people are not he exception!---do not trust these people-- they hire a person to convince you to sign memberships with no strings attached, and that in order to take advantage of their offer you have to sign and pay ahead right there and then, they take your accounts information and continue to take out your money. I have filed a fraud claim with my bank, and opened a police fraudulent case. The mystery person also ensures you that you can cancel at any time, that even if your account were charged youd be refunded. LIES!.. here I am going through it, I called to cancel then they tell me I need to sign a form, then that they still need to charge me 2 more times. and guess what? they mystery person that convinced me to sign up... havent seen him since the first day--and no one wants to say where he is. sooo disgusted with these people. I am also going to call Channel 12, because they need to stop.

Ive been here twice, when will I learn to call frist. They are closed on the two Saturdays I came. Around 11:00 am. If they care for patents you think the office would be open on its posted schedule on the door. Im thinking the joint doctors dont care enough about there patents. Ive been to another one 3 times the first visit was great. The black woman moved bones and fixed you . The other two times it was a white guy in his 60s that not very good at moving bones. Yes on the first visit I paid for the 10 visit package. Im sorry I did. The quality of chiropactic doctors on staff are lacking. They suck.

The Joint Chiropractic has been a true blessing to me. On my first appointment I could barely move because my back was so sore. I was frightened because Id never been in so much back pain. Within minutes, I was like a new person - one without any pain and I was able to go about my day as normal! I truly cannot say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Capri is awesome, the hours are perfect (no appointments ever needed) and their prices cannot be beat. I highly recommend visiting The Joint Chiropractic.

The chiropractors are good and the price is affordable. That would get 5-stars. Only bad thing is that they have a policy of sending strangers back into the adjustment room to wait and watch while you are getting your adjustment. There is no privacy to talk to the doctor and your medical information is on display on the computer screen for everyone to see. Seems like a violation of patient privacy, but they claim this is done for "patient flow". It is done even when the waiting room up front is empty!

STAY AWAY!!!! These people are crooks. I canceled with this place. I came out in more pain then when I went in I only did 2 sessions and I canceled with them and they still charged me for another 2 months at $69 a month saying I didnt do the paperwork so cant cancel. I had the $69 4 session once a week and there session with you only last 5 mins its a waist of time and money. If they have to scam you to get money then its somewhere you dont want to go.

Another billing issue, not sure if any one from joint team contacted you. In one of the review you mentioned about the policy of cancellation... does that mean your front office team is not trained to understand cancellation procedure... Is it not your courtesy to remind customer that they need to sign the cancellation form.... is there a case where you team has reminded and customer has not done it........ but still complained that you charged them...

My weekly adjustments have improved my overall quality of life. I didnt even realize how much pain and discomfort I was in until I got it corrected. Also the pricing and packages are absolutely a good deal, especially for those who dont have insurance or if your insurance doesnt provide much coverage.

My Whole family has a monthly plan with the Joint, we LOVE it! The Doctors and staff are very professional and personable. When we have a specific concern or question, it is always answered. It is a blessing to have Chiropractic care on a weekly basis that we can afford as well!

I dont know where I would be with The Joint - they have helped me so much. The monthly payment plan is FABULOUS; it makes my treatments very affordable. So glad they are able to be open more days now since they have found a full time doctor for this office.
