I made a 7:30am appointment with the ortho dentist and by 7:40am I approached the receptionist who was rude and dismissive. By 7:50am I was finally seen but that is after everyone had already been in to the dentist - even those who came after me. Its rather hyocritical to charge a no show fee when they waste your time waiting for them. At the very least, the reception should have apologized anc informed me of the delay.

Really sweet staff, very nice. I really like my doctor although cant ever remember his name, a young asian man. Theyre extremely accomodating. You want a safe hand signal to make them stop for a bit and give you a break? No problem. You wanna be drugged up and not feel anything? No issues there. Theyre gentle and I like that. Because generally, I hate dentists. Recommended.

Every time I visit this office, they are running late. I waited over 20 minutes for the dentist to check my teeth this last visit as well as a 10 minute wait for my actual appointment. When I waited over 5 minutes to check out (with 7 staff members present), I decided I couldnt visit this office anymore because I always leave feeling so frustrated!
