I was looking for a new massage therapist in the area since I moved too far from my regular place. I bought a Living Social for two massages at Lynnwood Family Chiropractic and Massage to give them a try. I have been getting massages for 11 years now and this was by far my worst experience ever. My first appointment, I showed up and they didn’t have me in the books. I conveniently scheduled with them when they were switching systems and they didn’t look through their old system to catch any appointments that may have been missed, but they were able to look when I was there and found that I was indeed scheduled. They were able to get someone to come in a half hour after I was scheduled so I did appreciate the effort. I was told Dr. Sim would be made aware of this but no compensation was made to me for the error. The masseuse was very friendly but the massage was terrible. It was as though someone was just gently touching my back and never worked on any muscles. It felt like a massage you could get from any person – with no expertise. I then had another appointment made, but decided to reschedule with a different masseuse hoping for a better experience. The day before my massage, the receptionist called to confirm my massage but it was with the original masseuse. I told her I scheduled with someone else and she told me that person won’t be back in the office until the following week. So they decided to move me to a different person without confirming with me that it was ok. I wasn’t happy and had to reschedule for the following week. I then get a call two days before that massage and that ask if they can move my appointment out an hour. It wasn’t ideal but I just want to get this massage so I agreed. I then get another call the day before my massage asking me if they can move me again to the following day. I told them no, that they keep moving me and I would like for when they make schedules with their clients they keep them. They kept my appointment and confirmed it was with the lady I requested. This is only my second appointment with this business and nothing has gone right. I show up the following day for my appointment and they front desk lady tells me she will check me in with the lady I didn’t have an appointment with. I told her no, my massage is with someone else. She told “oh, well she doesn’t do living socials.” I then proceeded to tell her that would have been good information to know when you booked me with her. After going back and forth, they basically only have one person that will do massages that are not living socials or on insurance and another person that will only take insurance. They book you with whoever they feel and don’t call to tell you that something has changed. I expressed why I didn’t like the first masseuse and none of that was taken into consideration. I didn’t end up getting my massage or an apology. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this place nor will I be returning.

Dr. John Sim is one of the most professional, caring chiropractors in the greater Seattle area. From the moment of my first consult to the progress of my fixed care, he has been thorough and effective. Located right off of HWY 99 in Lynnwood, they are very easy to get to. The staff there is of a very professional manner as well. They are well organized, warm, and ready to assist. Well priced on services, they offer several massage packages as well to help you relieve stress these days, not only on your body, but your wallet as well. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone who would ask or be in need of care.

Hands down the best massage of my life! Everyone at this place is so sincere and friendly and the Massage Therapists are seriously skilled and really pay attention to what the patient needs. I learned about LFM because I have been going to their chiropractic clinic - "Lynnwood Family Chiropractic" for years. Nothing better for my bad back than getting an adjustment at LFC and then heading upstairs to get a massage.

Everyone is always friendly and get you in and going in a reasonable amount of time. They care about the problem you have and do their best to get you back up and going. Dr. Sim was able to diagnose and treat my neck and back ailments, and more importantly did so as to permanently improve my condition. I feel better than I have in years and would recommend Dr.Sim and his staff to anyone!

Dr. Sim and the staff at Lynnwood Family Chiropractic and Massage are great. They are always available to take appointments and quick to return calls. Dr. Sim took me in as a new patient when I was experiencing pain, and his treatment gave me instant relief. I have see Heidi and Noemi for massages, and they are both awesome!

Dr. Sim really cares about his patients. I have been seeing him regularly for over a year and I feel great! If I am in any pain and want an appointment, his staff is very helpful and does their best to fit me into his schedule. It is a fun upbeat clinic. I highly recommend him to all my friends and family.

Very friendly and Dr. Sim does a really good job . I liked that I could tell he was being himself and and was straight forward. He has a lot clients in and out all the time, is if he is straight to the point, dont take it personally.
