I am so thankful I found Dr. Monte! I have been struggling with back and neck pain due to a past injury and what I do for work, and after only a few adjustments, my pain is gone! He takes the time to truly asses me and my body mechanics at each visit and is always thorough with his explanation of what I can do at home to keep improving in the right direction. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable doctor who will help you learn along your journey!

I highly recommend Dr. Monte Alton for your chiropractic needs! During my third pregnancy, I had a lot of lower back and hip pain. Dr. Alton adjusted me in a way that was comfortable and effective. I felt at ease in his care, which is very important. I have also been adjusted by him when I was not pregnant, and his care was excellent.
