THIS IS MY PERSONAL STORY OF EXEMPLARY CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been going to the same dentist office for over 25 years. After about 23 of these years seeing the same dentist, I was advised that Dr. Parrish would be retiring. He sent out a letter to all of us assuring we would be in competent hands with Dr. Chris Robertson and the transition would be smooth. With no hesitation, I made my yearly appointment and met my new dentist, "Dr. Chris", as he likes to be addressed. He is wonderful. He has the very same care and concern for his patients that I had received in the past. I had to have a crown put on one of my teeth and no more than 2 hours after I got home, I saw on my caller ID that I was getting a call from my dentist office. It was not a receptionist or Dental Assistant. It was Dr. Chris calling to see how I was feeling. I was feeling ok but so shocked that he took the time to personally call me. Dr. Chris had a patient for the life as far as I am concerned. Every time I go into the office to sit down in the dental chair, the dental assistant asks about my kids and she always seems to remember exactly what we talked about 6 months to a year earlier. "Is Alex still doing Tae Kwon Do", she asks. It amazes me that the people in this office make you feel like family there. I would recommend Pine Lake Dental Care to anyone who doesnt mind the drive. I have been making it for the past 10 years, since I moved from Issaquah.

Same experience as those already mentioned. Extra procedures; consistent issues "requiring" the expertise of local specialists (outside the dental practice) who wouldnt accept pretty comprehensive insurance (I know there are specialists in the area who do the exact. same. thing... why were the only ones I was sent to those who dont accept insurance?); and when my insurance went from comprehensive to basic graduate student coverage, I was met with zero understanding and zero empathy when, after what I thought was a basic teeth cleaning, I was charged $250 out-of-pocket for a cleaning that would have been 100% covered if it had been the basic cleaning I thought I was getting, but they had "upgraded" me to a "deep cleaning" without telling me first. And then they charged me interest during my process of trying to sort out the charge with them. If you have the insurance coverage or the money for this kind of dental care, go for it, I guess. But if your preference is to feel like a person rather than a dollar sign, I would not recommend this practice.

Charged for services I didnt want and never agreed to such as unnecessary x-rays on healthy teeth that were x-rayed less than a year ago. They are all about making money by doing things you dont need or didnt request.

Im very displeased with their service so far. it seems to me they care more about extracting money from me than my dental health.

Messed up multiple fillings and had to re-do them. Had a filling done only a few years ago that just failed. Will never go back.
