I went here for my first visit - the Dr. was rude and talked down to me and was in a rush to get out of there. I booked what I thought was for the front teeth to be filled and when I arrived for my appointment was told on 1 tooth was scheduled. I went over the entire conversation with the Dr. and she kept questioning as to if I had really scheduled everything I said. They proceeded with the work and kept getting water running down my face, she was again rushing to get done and did a VERY poor job on my teeth, She starts her flossing and the floss gets stuck so they use some sort of file type thing only she was pushing it into my gum cutting my gum rather than filing down the area that needed to be. then when I get done and she sits me up my lip is swollen so big that it tore on the inside and is still very painful. They again just wanted to rush me out of here. I have never in my life been treated as crappy as I have been treated at this place. Then to be treated as if we didnt have a conversation is unacceptable. If your staff is that incompetent then I suggest you all do something about it. I tried to floss the same area when I got home only for the filling they had just put there to break and come out of my mouth. Go figure. Very upset customer.

HORRIBLE. WHAT A TRAVESTY! My husband has a loose filling. The tooth is cracked and he is in pain. After some groveling on my part (the whole "walk ins and emergency appts are available, apparently does not apply to the Maple Valley office,) Misty was able to get him in at noon on 12/26 with the caveat that hed have to wait a while. Okay. So he sees the dentist, explains that it hurts horribly when he bites down, and the tooth feels funny. The dentist said she "couldnt see anything wrong with it" and nothing was wrong and if it still bothers him to come back in a few days. Fast forward not 36 hours (2/27 at 6:30 p.m.) and something has shifted---his cavity is falling out of his mouth. Hes afraid that when he goes to sleep, he could bite down hard on it and shatter the tooth. The pain continues. Okay...I call BrightNow and when prompted, "if this is an emergency, please press 0 to speak with an operator" I hand the phone to my husband, who explains the situation. The operator basically said that its too bad, hell have to call the Maple Valley office on Monday, and before he could say anything else, she said "thanks for calling" and ends the call. WHAT A CROCK. Horrible customer service, horrible dentist, and horrible operator.

First most and foremost the people are wonderful at Bright now. The building itself is clean bright and friendly comfortable and modern. All that being said the best part is that everything Ive needed can be done in this one building. In the past I would have fillings done in one place root canal miles away and I cant even imagine where I would have had to go for my new implants. And by the way I love my new implants. My entire family comes here now after having 3 dentists before. We all love it here and will continue to recommended to anyone in the Maple Valley area. Youve all been great and I actually look forward to coming and visiting with everyone before I have my work done. Thank you from avery happy customer. Dana and family

All of the receptionist are extremely nice and helpful. They are also accommodating and patience. The drs Ive seen so far were all so nice too. Their specialists are super quick and good at what they do. I was able to get a wisdom tooth removed with only local shots and it took a total of 10min and costs $50. Which at first they pushed for the full all wisdom teeth removal, which I would have had to go under and it would have cost well over $1000 out of pocket. They were able to give me a full account list with pricing and the work that needed to be done step by step at every appointment. I would definitely recommend this location, and the whole Bright Now Dental branch.

My father went in for a complete set of dentures after an accident that left him missing his front row. It took them about 2 months to even get to a point of having a pair actually made after multiple delays and poor customer service. When they finally got the dentures in they were not made correctly and were a pikr fit. When he let them know he was unhappy they told him there was nothing they would do. He took his money back found a new dentist and had a nice set in 2 weeks statt to finish. Do not use this place you will not be sayisfied.

When we moved this was the closest dental office that accepted my plan. So I didnt have a choice, but I am glad because they are great. The staff know me and the kids by name and I know the staff by name. We had an issue with an orthodontic appliance and the Orthodontist gave me his personal cell phone number in case it happened again. Even if they didnt do a great job, which they do, I would still go there because all the staff are great. I would recommend them to anyone or any family looking for a dentist.

As scared as Ive always been of dentists, I have not felt this way going to the Bright Now! Dental office in Maple Valley at all! I noticed all of the reviews are pretty bad and was surprised because I had the exact opposite experience with this office. I had an abscessed front tooth that they took care of. I was in a LOT of pain before I got there and they were absolutely wonderful from front desk to check out and with the subsequent follow-ups. I take my two daughters to this office, too.

I went there to get a few cavities filled, they didnt fill them right and now my teeth are 10 times as sensitive as they were before! And painful on top of that! Plus even while I was there I had to ask the dentist to finish filling a cavity because it still felt like a hole in my tooth. And when she was numbing me up she was injecting too fast and a lot of the liquid went down my throat because the assistant wasnt paying attention! I will never go here again! Such a horrible experience!

I went there to ask what it would cost to fix a broken tooth. They dont need my medical history to tell me what needs to be done or how much it will cost me to fix it. Its a 2 minute look to give me their professional opinion on how to proceed to fix it...they want to charge $29 to look at a tooth. Having no insurance and never having been charged by any other dentist to tell me what needs to be done to correct a problem, this didnt sound reasonable at all....I wont go back!

Bright Now Dental in Maple Valley was amazing. The front desk staff was very helpful with any questions I had. Mistylynn the Office Manager came out, introduced herself, asked if I had any questions and explained the treatments that I needed and gave me different options. Dr park was very through, gental, and informative. I am very happy that I chose this location and will be referring family and friends here. Thank you!!
