I do not how the doctor is but the front office people were rude and do not know how to deal with patients. The front office represents the whole clinic and I feel I was insulted and treated poorly by this clinic. I recently went to the Plateau Chiropractic under the new ownership. I used to go there when it was under Dr. Kais and had very good experience. So I thought to try out the new doctor. I had an appointment on Monday and remember very specifically requesting an appointment in the later part of the day. Paula who helped me told me the last time for the appointment was 4:15 PM for new patients but if I had all the paperwork ready, I can be there by 4:30 PM. When I reached at 4:30 PM, Sarah the person on the front desk told me I was late and will need to reschedule. When I told here I was on time she told me 3:45 PM was the latest time for a new patient appointment. When I insisted and told her about my conversation, she told me they would never tell me 4:30 PM was okay. I felt very insulted as it felt like I was lying. When I told her she could have worded it differently, she was unrepentant and kept insisting they did not tell me 4:30 PM was okay, I have never been treated so shabbily before. Basically the folks told me I was lying and I was wrong. I never thought being impolite was acceptable. I have decided to give this clinic a skip and will find someone who can treat me better.

Ive not only had the pleasure but the honor to be adjusted since the 2nd day I was born. Dr. Taylor, aka my Dad is the most gifted chiropractor on the planet. Ive seen people come into the practice in a wheel chair and walk out! That is why he does what he does! Now you might be saying "yeah sure of course he is, of course you would say that, hes your dad. But let me tell you, he is! If youve been looking for a chiropractor and live anywhere within 100 miles its worth the trip. You wont find better service, personal care or healing anywhere else.

Love Dr Taylor! Everyone in the office is always friendly and Dr. Taylor keeps me aligned :) The IQ method is much easier on my body and I dont have to worry about someone cracking my back!

Dr. Taylor and everyone at Plateau Chiropractic have been great. I like the techniques that Dr. Taylor uses for adjustments and I feel a difference after each visit.
