Dr. Jason Niemeyer and the rest of the employees that work at Silverdale Dental are great. I had previously gone to a dentist in Port Orchard for over 10 years, but was not happy with the customer service aspect or the drive down there and ready for a change. I looked around for a dentist closer to my home in Silverdale and came across Silverdale Dental after looking at numerous reviews. Silverdale Dental had the best ratings so I gave them a call for an examination and cleaning appointment. I needed the cleaning/examination as soon as possible because I am heading on vacation in a few weeks. They didnt have anything available but put me on a call list and found an opening only a couple days later. Dr. Niemeyer is a young dentist so it was easy for me to communicate with him and understand all that "dental talk." His examination of my teeth was very thorough and he answered any questions I had with great ease. I had a few cavities to get filled which was to be expected because I hadnt visited the dentist in about 2 years (I was bouncing back and forth from Germany due to my parents taking a government job). The procedure went great and both Dr. Niemeyer and his assistant were professional and constantly made sure I was comfortable as well as making me laugh a little. Although going to the dentist is not always fun and can be painful, Im glad I chose Silverdale Dental out of all the other places in Silverdale. I just wished I had switched to this place a long time ago.

The first time my husband and I went to Silverdale Dental Center, I was so surprised by the greeting we received from the ladies at the front desk. Usually when you go to a dental or medical office, youre lucky if the receptionist even acknowledges youre there. The front desk crew at SDC was so hospitable and made my husband and I feel immediately at ease. Historically, going to the dentist isnt something Ive enjoyed. Now that weve become regular patients at SDC, Im not nearly as nervous about it as I used to be. Dr. Niemeyer is our dentist at Silverdale Dental. Not only does he talk to you and explain things in a way that youll understand, he does his best to make sure youre comfortable every step of the way. I went in this morning to have two cavities filled (I know, I know, flossing isnt my strong suit) and was a bit worried about the pain I might feel. I can honestly say I felt NO pain. Dr. Niemeyer took the numbing process very slowly so that he was sure Id feel no discomfort and asked every minute or so how I was doing. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving his patients the very best treatment at the very least amount of discomfort. Now, Im not going to say going to the dentist is my new favorite thing to do, but Dr. Niemeyer and the rest of the staff at Silverdale Dental Center have absolutely made it a more enjoyable experience for me, and I wont be apprehensive about my future appointments knowing what kind and capable hands Im in.

Once again an enjoyable experience.... And that is all to often impossible at the dentist! Dental tech was ready for me (I apologize for not remembering your name) and did her usual, thorough cleaning, with a minimum of discomfort and a constant concern for my comfort! I appreciate that. I did like the new discussion, with supporting information, on periodontal disease. My dentist is also very thorough. Everyone in the office is always full of good cheer, and is friendly and supportive. If you must go to the dentist this is a great place to go. You can post this under Martin Sullivan, but this review is about the visit of his wife, Kathleen Sullivan. The 5 star rating, is not exactly loved it (as loving a dental visit seems extreme), but more representative of the quality of care, level of expertise and professionalism, and the constant concern for the patient. Well done!

I recently moved to town and need some pretty extensive work done. (Crown and multiple fillings replaced) Finding a new dentist is always a bit of a crap shoot. I picked these guys based off of reviews and the preferred network for my insurance. They did a fantastic job listening to my concerns, explaining what was going on and were happy to answer all of my questions. Dr. Connor did a very thorough exam and made a list of work that needed to be done, and helped prioritize so the most important work gets done first. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The girl who took my call when I made my appointment even came around to introduce herself as I was checking out. I have not gotten the work done yet, but was happy enough with my first experience that I will return this weekend to have it done.

You know how you can tell you are going to have a great experience at someones business no matter what it maybe. When you are greeted at the front door with smiling faces and people who genuinely care that you are there. But no, the great customer service and care does not end there it continues through the hall and into the seat. Where, as far and I can say it excellent. When we moved here seven years ago we had seen a few different dentists, but just hadnt found the right fit - until now. We actually found Silverdale Dental Center online while we were in Mexico for the winter. Read all the great reviews - and everyone was right. I had to wait until my dental insurance was effective on Sept. 2, and it was none too soon because the broken tooth in need of repair abscessed overnight, recently. I was in agony, found the reviews of Silverdale Dental Center and that they took my insurance. From the minute I was greeted on the phone to the minute I left several hours later, I was completely and utterly impressed!! The entire staff is amazing, and my dentist and his assistant took such good care of me. Ive never felt so good about having to have a root canal! LOL Dr. Conner is a joy. I have already recommended this practice to everyone I know.

Relieved to have found this facility. My consult appt. re an implant with Dr. Reschenthaler was thorough and informative, and I am confident Ive made the best choice for that and all future dental needs. Pleasant office vibe and caring support personnel. This is a full-service, first-rate facility, and I cant imagine anyone who needs any kind of dental care being disappointed in choosing this office. Subsequent visits have been great. I really appreciate knowing the choices I have re an implant and getting informative advice/alternatives prior to completion. Also appreciate their senior discounts!

I havent been to the dentist since I was a kid. I have a lot of anxiety but found myself unable to avoid having to deal with a dental issue. I searched and read reviews of offices around town, hoping to find someone who would put up with my idiosyncracies and found Silverdale Dental. They really are amazingly kind and skilled people. At every level of interaction I have been supremely impressed. Had a cavity filled this morning; it was painless and the staff was all amazing. Unlike other dentists who are pushy and have their own dental agenda for you, these folks LISTEN. I highly recommend them.
