Went to express care due to some medical reasons. Ann bischel ran my testes, she told what I needed to cure what I had, as we were wrapping up our convo, we said our good byes. I got in my car and drove off , and I realize that I forgot to ask her for a work form so I drove back , got to expressed care, open the door, picked up the phone and said " hi , sorry I forgot to ask for two work forms" and the woman says " oh , you can just knock on the door" so I hung up, went to the door and knocked. First knock ; waited for an answer . Second knock , I knocked louder . And her voice was like " HOLD ON" . Like seriously , I knocked the first time , you should have known how to answer. Second knock you act like a total B*****. After waiting for 3 minutes . She opens the door , I get up and asked her for two work forms . She gives me a dirty glare , while I asked her nicely and she askes me why I needed those forms. She asked me why I needed two forms . Well I need two forms because I work at two god damn job women ! Stop acting like a fool and do your work professional. You want a better review then do your god damn job right! I hope you see this post and know who you saw that day. I wont say that Im not coming there anymore, Im still gonna come there but youre gonna give me the same respect that I give you. You dont respect me , I dont respect you. Bye

Unfortunatley the NP Ann as ruined express care for me. I am in the waiting room with myself and my two daughters waiting to be seen as she has been so rude. When I called her out on it she provided me with an insincere apology and then all of a sudden had an online patient she had to take care of before us, even though we already waiting and felt like we were an inconvienence because her tile guy had to do some work in the back. In the past express care has been kind and quick, but this lady and her rudeness is unacceptable.

Very upset with my experience. I knew I would be cutting it close to closing time so I called to verify that the express care clinic would be taking patients till 8:00 pm, and the answer I was given was yes. When I arrived at 7:19pm I was turned away and told I could not register. If the hours arent actually as listed they should be changed. I will be filing a formal complaint.

Been waiting here almost two hours still waiting 2yet to be seen in full room and now NP tells me she has to take phone calls every time she opens the room she slams the door TV blaring next time worth the money to go to urgent Care specially waiting this long sick when you want to be in bed I wouldnt even give them one star Im being nice.

I took my 4 year old in for possible strep throat & ear infection. The nurse practitioner was very rude, lacked compassion & completely ignored me. She asked my daughter questions that she had no business doing.

Nothing express about it. You use a phone to set up your registration. ....not a very sanitary concept

went for strep throat a few times, I was in and out quicker and cheaper than urgent care

Waited over an hour. Express Care is not fast. Better going to urgent care.
