Thank you for the walking path, exercise area and gazebo. This a great and innovative feature for a clinic and what a gift to our community! I am a neighbor and walk your parking lot, use 3 of the exercise stations, then walk to the library and back home. Im on disability from work and use this routine as much as my health allows me to. I have a number of heath issues that prevent me from work outs in a gym or physical therapy locations. My physicians think its great that I am able to do this since I have not been able to use local physical therapy with much success. Also, if I get into trouble walking, there is so much traffic on 41st Street that a good Samaritan is always around to help me get on my way back home. Went in with my daughter, she was having stomach pains. They took a urine test and came back to the room and said there was nothing they could find wrong with her. The same day she was still complaining about her stomach hurts that she was un tears. 2 days later my wife took her to the urgent care at bettendorf and the took the same test that the moline urgent care did and it came to be that MY DAUGHTER HAD Ecoli. That means my daughter was hurting for 4 to 5 days and Moline urgent care still didnt call. WTF. what if it was your daughter? ?? Thats why I still deal with Loyola Medical center doctors because I really dont trust QC doctors.

Have been there two or three times, and two or three times I left after two hours without ever being called in to be seen. People that arrived before me were all seen quickly and all seemed happy when they left. People that arrived AFTER me were all seen quickly and all seemed happy when they left. Im not sure what exactly is difficult about providing medical care to me in this setting, but this place has a very difficult time. Given how difficult it is to find a family doctor in this region, in the future I will again be forced to return to this place and leave two hours later, without consult, without treatment, infuriated.

Ive been here for over a half an hour and they had only one person ahead of us when we got here. Completely unacceptable. They are not busy whatsoever. The wait times on their website are bogus. There is no logical reason to why we waited so long to get seen. Are they telling us that they only have 1 physician working and helping people here? Who would make such a bad call? They are basically saying that our time isnt valuable. And I will be billing them for wasting so much of our evening for no intelligent reason at all. Wednesday, September 14th. Came in at 6. Didnt get called in until 645.

I only wish I could leave negative feedback - not just 1star. The MOLINE OFFICE on 41st is RUDEST staff ever!!!! They act put out to do their job - when they do mess up your appointment they BLAME YOU FOR IT!!!!! They never call you back & lie that they did - leaving phantom messages - that they swear they left - yeah right - if they cant manage returning a call how could they ever manage effective healthcare ? I would much rather risk my health with God than go there for healthcare or medical help -

We have had good care at this office but we have had to change doctors 3-4 times in the last 4 years because they cant seem to keep doctors! Every time we are charged the "New Patient" fee...We are not contacted that our doctor is leaving! I am tired of having to repeat our medical history at each visit. We are taking our care elsewhere.

Had an xray taken there TWO weeks ago and my doctor has not received it. Called radiolgy there, left message, no one called me back. Unacceptable, what is going on with Genesis?? They used to offer such quality care, but no longer.

Had such a positive experience from the check-in lady to the Nurse to the Doctor. It was near the end of the day and they were so pleasant and fresh, youd never know if they had a long day or not.
