Care Pro should change their names to Uncaring Pro. I went in there to get supplies and they told me to make an appointment. So I called the next day to make my appointment for my part for my cpap, they told me that they may not carry that part because its a 2011 model and I need to see my doctor to get a new prescription for a new device. I ordered my part online and it fits perfectly. Also, my husband had knee surgery, he needed an extra pair of support hose, his doctor referred us to get the hoses at Care Pro. The lady said, he has to come in to get measured for the support hose. I told her that he had knee surgery and he isnt ready yet to leave the house yet! I told her that they have these same support hose online and I could purchase them on Amazon.The care pro lady said, that is against the law because you need a prescription! I ordered the support hose on line and I didnt get in trouble with the law! LOL Care Pro is about making money and giving the consumer the run around! They dont care about their customers!
