I and my wife went for annual eye checkup. My wife uses contact lenses and she knew the brand she would like to use. Dr. Kramer was great to work with. However, hey office charged us $50 for contact fix and told us that is for helping us try different contacts and follow up care. They didnt mention this fee upfront. This is unacceptable. My advise to others is to either decline this upfront or not to pay for this suspect fee upfront and ask them to deal with the insurance and then bill you for it.

Amazing staff. Clean and elegant. Doctor was extremely pleasant and attentive. Listened to all my concerns and gave great suggestions due to her extensive knowledge. Receptionist was very professional and personable. Great experience will definitely continue to use them.

Very nice optometrists office. For once the staff is helpful, and polite. Dr. Kristollari was great as well. Smooth experience, will definitely be going to this office from now on.
