HORRIBLE !! WAIST OF YOUR TIME. The RN Leanne seems like she needs to be a mental hospital psychiatrist not a trial lab nurse. Be prepared to be question about past relationships and things not remotely related to the study that nobody has the rote to question you on. I quote from Leanne herself !! how many babies mamas do you have ? I think she needs to be drug tested not the recipients of the trial. Clearly she has her own marital issues or mommy daddy issues somethings is def wrong.Staff is Amazing though and sweet but I will be calling the company that is issuing the trial also. It was a very nice quite atmosphere warm and inviting service the workers were very courteous with great sence of doing thier jobs correctly and sufficient. But when I was in the back they were rude telling me I couldnt be in the research because I was on meds already and I told them that 4 days prior to the appointment but they told me to come in any way and thats what made the whole thing stupid they shouldve told me that over the phone more Im not saying every body was at fault just the 2 ladies that told me to come on in knowing if I was taking meds I wouldnt qualify for the research

I scheduled an appointment to be part of a study. I was even called the day before the appointment and discussed my appointment with an employee of this joke of a company. The day of my appointment o drove 30 minutes to get there, waited 30 minutes in the waiting room to find out they were no longer accepting people into the study. This company is an absolute joke. The lady acted as if they did nothing wrong in not informing me prior to wasting my day. Absolutely unprofessional.
