Diane Eden is very intelligent and professional and takes the time to listen to your concerns and explain things to you. Im very happy with her. Also I am seeing one of the therapists who is also easy to talk to and has helped me a great deal. I would like to add that recently one of my medications was accidentally thrown away. I called the office and they promptly get me replacement medication. Unfortunately the pharmacy mistakenly told me they had not. After I sent a frustrated email to Dr. Edens staff complaining, the Dr. on call called me back and explained that the prescription had been called in and was ready. While I regret taking up all their time for my request, it is the only time I have done so in 5+ years of taking that med. I am truly appreciative for the quick and courteous customer service they provided.

I have heard really bad things about Diane Eden from former patients and employees of hers, so I was skeptical. I ended up seeing Dr. Christopher James, and I was blown away by my experience. He is kind, soft spoken, intelligent, and ACTUALLY LISTENS TO HIS PATIENTS. He doesnt push you to retry anything or to go out of your comfort zone. His assistant Jennifer is extremely kind and attentive as well. Not so sure about other doctors here, but Dr. James is a 5 star Dr., ESPECIALLY for a psychiatrist.

While I have heard similar things about Dr. Eden herself, I want to say I have had wonderful interactions with Dr. Tell, and with Dr. James who saw my daughter. They both take the time and listen, I feel respected. My family has also had good experiences with therapists at this practice, Donna Fragapane and Alicia Thomas. Since they have made changes in office managers and billing, things seem better. I would recommend many of the doctors and therapists at this practice.

Been Dr Edens patient over a decade. I see her every 2-3 months. She is open for suggestions on my meds and always concerned when Im not doing my best. I travel from Summit County to see her, since I moved.
