Total Life Counseling listens to your issues and then pairs you with a therapist they think would work best for you. I was assigned to Teresa and I couldnt have been happier! She was so kind, patient, and understanding. She was a sympathetic and supportive person who I could trust and talk to about anything. I really needed that in my life at the time. I dont live in Orlando anymore, but she is still the best therapist Ive ever had.

My therapist was the best therapist I ever had. This highly professional, totally awesome person helped me get my life on track, which is something I never thought possible. Staff is professional, and the place is very clean. Everyone is kind, and nobody is condescending. The best place for therapy in all of Orlando, and possibly all of Florida. Thank you for everything.
