My advice is to wait for a more professional business.I was terribly disappointed with the lack of common courtesy in this office.You will never talk to a live person when you call, only a voice mail that asks you to leave a message that will NEVER be followed up on.The voice mail sounds like you have reached a wrong number because it simply says Blares voice mail. No mention of a company name yet you are supposed to leave your personal information for who ever Blare is. children are forced to wait hours in a waiting room that doesnt have a restroom.Then when you are finally let in to the back, you wait longer. Finally its your turn except for the constant interruptions due to an associate opening the door on your session to ask questions about another client or the doctor herself leaving the room because she is testing someone else at the same time. Does this mean we split the bill? well I wouldnt know because Im still waiting on the results of my childs evaluation and more than a dozen voice mails from 4 months ago. do yourself a favor keep looking for a psychologist that can give each client the time that they are billing them or their insurance for.

If you are looking for a professional, please go somewhere else. My son was a patient there for a number of months, in that time Dr Clements only spoke to him alone twice before dropping him from her care with no prior warning saying something like "He seems to be doing better and its a hassle to get to Orlando every Monday". She canceled appointments at the last minute, most times when we were already on our way. If you are lucky enough to get and keep an appointment you will be waiting in a waiting room with far too little seating and no bathroom for at least an hour past your appointment time. Once you finally get back for your appointment you will constantly be interrupted by office staff coming in and asking about other patients. My son had testing done right before she canceled the rest of his appointments and Ive been getting the run around on getting a copy of the test results for months. I guess her doping him from her care was for the best, because his new psychologist is amazing and he seems to actually be thriving under the new care. Do yourself and/or your child a favor and go somewhere else.

Do not waste your time coming here. The woman told me I needed to come every week in order for her to help me yet her next apt available she said was more than a month away? I needed help completing school work and her way of helping was telling me to "just do it". Huge waste of time, shes lucky my insurance paid or my complaint would go further than this.

Very poorly run I didnt see all the bad reviews till after I went never ever again very bad the worst to upsetting to talk about it and my standards are pretty low
