I was in search of an internal medicine doctor to help my overall health, hoping to avoid prescription medications. While she did have a long visit with me, and focused first on my diet- my experience was terrible. She prescribed a sleep study and blood work. Her own office staff had abysmal administrative skills. From the beginning, I found them to be discourteous and ungracious. Their phone etiquette was terrible, messages were unintelligible, and somehow always pronounced my name wrong (not an uncommon name). One staff member called shortly after setting up an appointment, to ask unprofessionally if I could come in later than the set time, to accommodate her childcare needs. Im happy to work around the offices schedule, but why then was I offered the original time if the staff member wasnt available? The hospital that the Dr highly recommended set me up twice with faulty at-home sleep study equipment. I then chose a different hospital for an over night study. When I voiced my concerns with the Dr, she seemed quite shocked and seemed to doubt her staff was in the least bit unprofessional. I will highly recommend against this doctor.

For years, I have had issues that were either brushed off or overly medicated by other doctors. I went to Dr. Panitch, she spent over an hour listening to my issues and talking to me. With simple dietary changes, all of my problems lessened in severity and with a few supplements added to my regime, I feel like a whole new woman. Most doctors treat the symptoms, not the root cause. Dr. Panitch always tries to find the root.
