The service and friendlyness at the Pediatric and Family Dentail in Elgin is affult. The dentis spend few minutes with my son and didnt cover the consurn that I have. When they were done with his cleaning the tech just said ok hes done. When I was walking out the lady asked me if we need to make a follow up appointment and for when it old her that I dont know as they did not say anything. Just an over all affult experience.

This location is the best. All the staff makes you feel welcome. Starting with the reception to the dental assistants and Dr.Sam and last but not least the check out reception. You feel like family every time you come. We love this place!!
