If I could take away or give negative stars I would not hesitate. The worst dental/so called "professional medical office" I have ever dealt with. Being that I have worked in the medical field over a decade I can not begin to explain the lack of knowledge. My son(16y/o) had been a patient for over 3 years. And that is a long time to deal with this type of business. A couple months ago my son had x-rays done to get approved for orthodontic work. My insurance denied him because the office did not send in a complete file for his case. So after contacting my insurance I contacted the dental office and they said that he had to retake x-rays so they can send in again. Why? It had only been 3 weeks since his first x-rays. But anyways I took him in. Waited another 2 weeks to find out the office never even bothered to send in his file to the insurance. After going back and forth for 2 months I had had enough and decided to switch him. So today I took him to this new location and after having x-rays done they explained how he has a severe case. Not to go too much into detail but the new office gave me the information Dr Mahairi office did not ever explain to me at the time of his xrays. I am beyond upset. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAM PLACE. DO NOT BECOME A PATIENT OR IF YOU ALREADY ARE A PATIENT GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. It seems the dental assistants just go to get a paycheck not because they care about their patients. Let me say you are in the wrong field if this is how you are.

Had the WORST First experience here with Dr. Mahairi TODAY !! They schedule back to back appointments that have us, the clients, waiting about an hour if not more to be seen. No one seems to be behind the front desk. Although, I only went for a simple check up and clean up. He was very rude, rough, and unprofessional. Not once did he explain or tell me what he was going to do. When he finally walked in the room the only thing he said was "open your mouth" he also had a very hostile tone of voice. He was in and out in 5 mnts and off to the next client. I had questions and concerns, obviously I did not get any answered by him. & this so called dentist told his assistant to talk to me about my wisdom teeth because hes concern about my pain and how they look because of how they showed up on my Xray, long story short- I cut her off and said "I HAD MY 4 WISDOM TEETH PULLED OUT 5 YEARS AGO "(looking at my Xrays with her) I added on to say "as you can see I dont have anything so what is he so concerned about?". I was answered with a simple "I Dont Know thats just what he said". He obviously does not know about teeth! P.s. I just left the office a little over half an hour ago, and my jaw, and my mouth are very soar because of him! I have never had such a horrible experience until today! I DO NOT Recommend Dr. Mahairi !!!

I would NEVER come here again. Scheduled a root cannel and waited over an hour and half to see the doctor who told me he recommended to pull it, after I scheduled to have a root cannel. He wanted to me to come back and see the other girl doctor, and after telling him I made this appointment to have a root cannel done. He then numbed up my mouth and LEFT the room for an additional 40 minutes. The anesthesia then started wearing off, to which I got up and left. The place is shady, the doctor is rude and not professional and anesthesia shouldnt wear off in 40 minutes when your doing a root cannel. he OBVIOUSLY doesnt know what he is doing. Who knows what complications and problems I would have had if I stayed there. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!

This place sucks!!! It stinks, the receptionist and staff is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The dentist as well. They only serve a certain community because they try to get over on them and the government system. Send them back where they came from. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL-ISM!!! STAY AWAY!!!

The dentist was so nice! Took great care of my hubby. Very personable. Will def go back and make our regular dentist. Only issue was the receptionist ( who is prego, maybe thats why) is not very friendly. Who knows maybe she was having a bad day, dont kow but dentist makes up for her.

Avoid this place, save your money. We spent 110 minutes for a scheduled appointment! Nobody is present at the front desk and they simply dont care that their scheduling is a disaster.
