The Mobile Dental Unit came to my school to do dental checks for our children. They are very organized and amazing with the children. An educator from the dental office came out a few days before the Mobile Unit visit to talk to the children about proper dental hygiene and let all the children "pretend" brush a tooth model. The children LOVED this. Then the mobile unit came a few days after the presentation to check the childrens teeth. The dentist and assistants were very friendly and respectful of the children. They did not push the children to sit in the chair, but instead talked to them and made them feel comfortable. Thank you for the great work you do Familia Dental!

I had an appointment today to get my teeth cleaned. I had one of the best experience that ive ever had at a dental office. When I walked into the office I felt very welcomed. I was greeted cheerfully by the front desk. The wait time was not long at all. I was passed to the back within ten minutes or less. The dental assistant was very polite. When the Dentist came in she introduced her self to me. In other offices dentists never greeted me. So that was something I liked. The dentist was very attentive to me and my dental needs. Overall I highly recommend this office!

Yo, recomiendo este lugar. Desde que abrieron sus puertas eh sido cliente. El Dr. Graves es muy hamable y perfeccionista en su trabajo. Aparte de eso todos sus asistente/as hacen un muy buen trabajo. Yo no cambiara de doctor me siento muy conforme con sus servicios.

I had to have a tooth removed. They removed in in the office on a Friday at like noon, I told them I was allergic to Acetaminophen, the pain killer they gave me Norco which is acetaminophen based. I called to ask for something else and they told me doctor isnt in the office call back on Monday. It was 3pm. Im regretting ever giving them my phone number because now they call me all the freaking time asking for me to come in for teeth cleaning.

The service neither the Dr are not competent enough. I had a broken tooth and they told me that they cant extract it and that I need to go to the hospital for a surgery that I they still need to extract me another tooth to have my brackets done. So I decided to go for a second opinion and they extract the same day without any problem and did not told a single word of they told me in Family Dental. I definitely not going back.

I love tanking my daughter to familia dental when i took her for the first time she was scared and shy but the staff was very welcoming and friendly and she loves going to the dentist now and the fact that they have a indoor play area for children makes it even better I also love that the staff makes out oral care thereform #1 priority We love going to familia dental and we will continue to do so.

Familia Dental, Is a very great place. I was there on my first visit receptionist was very nice, made my appointment called me for a reminder and everything was running just in time. Not like in other places where you have to wait for hours. Not to mention my visit was great all my questions and concerns where answered and resolved. Great place

I HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE AT THIS DENTAL OFFICE! DR’S AND DA’S ARE SUPER ATTENTIVE AND CARING. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY. I LOVE TAKING MY DAUGHTER ALL THE TIME BECAUSE THEY HAVE A PLAYGROUND AND IT MAKES THE WAIT A BREEZE. I DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A DENTIST IN THE AREA.

I do not recommend this location, when i was there, they overbooked people and was not organized because after i waited about 45 minutes in the room, i noticed the dentist was helping the people that walked in after me. I would say you have to have plenty time to wait if you want to visit this location.

I brought my grandkids to their 6 month check up I was very happy with the service here the wait was not too long the front desk girls were very welcoming good conversation with one of them, the lady dentist was very nice and explained the visit very well I recommend you visit very friendly people

My little sister & dad are patients here. They have a playground for the kids which is great. The staff & the drs are always very friendly which makes my 6 yr old sister much more comfortable with coming to her appointments & getting her work done. Very great place, highly recommend it!

Horrible Experience! They have cancelled my husbands appointments various times & re-scheduled within a month. He was braces, he was only supposed to have them on for 2 years, & hes already going on 3yrs due to the cancelled appointments. Never going back! 0 stars if possible!

I had a really bad tooth ache and I called familia dental and went to go get root cannal and I was told they could not do the procedure cuz the doctor working couldnt write a prescription ,if a dentist can write a prescription are they even licensed to be a dentist

Horrible experience had a appointment went in 15 min before to fill out paper work customer service desk had no pens .. Two ladys in the front desk were looking for pens . They also took in walk ins before appointment. So why bother to even make a appointment.

It is a very great dental office to go to. Not only do they offer a great service, but the front desk is very friendly and welcoming and the doctors make sure you understand every procedure you get done and the price of it. Definitely a great place to go to.

NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE! The appointments given are incorrect. You wait a MONTH for an appointment - then they call the day before & reschedule! LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE! Worst experience ever! DO NOT GO HERE! Very rude!!! GO TO A DIFFERENT DENTIST OFFICE!
