Honestly, if you can find a better dental office, I would be shocked. From the moment I walked in, I was treated better than I can describe. My family is from the south and they are not that friendly. Pam at the front knew I was there for a consult about a root canal, she must have known I was nervous because she chatted with me and it calmed me down a lot and eased my nerves. I got back and started my xrays, while I cannot remember the gentlemans name who did them, he was extremely nice and professional. My final step was with Nicole and Dr. Emami. After taking a look at the tooth, they went over some options with me. Never once was I pushed in any direction. While they were ready to do the work that day, they said if I was up in the air, I could have a few days to think it over. You might go in on your first visit without them knowing your name, but, I promise, before you leave that first visit, they will all know your name without looking at a file and every time after that. If every doctor I have to see was as great and had the bedside manner Dr. Emami has, I would go more often. The last person to write a review must have been at the wrong place.

Dont walk away from this place, RUN! I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. Thats just bad business. Its shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.
