This Doctor is garbage. I went to see patel for extreme back pain. I got told by Dr. Patel that it was muscular, he prescribed steroids and physical therapy. I couldnt afford the physical therapy at 250$ a session after insurance. So he told me i can get xrays. So i took the steroids as prescribed and went for the xrays after i finished the prescription. After the xrays i went back for a follow up and he basically told me that because there was no fracture that it was muscular and i should still get physical therapy. I again had to tell him i cant afford physical therapy and basically argue with him that it wasnt muscular. I had to basically fight to get an MRI. After my MRI, i waited for his office to call me for a follow up. No response after a week so i called. They told me they didnt have the results. So i called the imaging company to find out when it was sent and they had it for 4 days already. My guess is he didnt want to be embarresed because i have 3 herniated discs. I now refuse to give this man business for letting me suffer, and he will do it to u also. Selfish A-word
