My son , who has been seeing Dr.Possick for 15 years, was just denied his appointment...He had to wait a month to get in to see him and then was told he needed a referral from his primary doctor because he had an insurance change since his last visit. Next time, tell patients at the time of making an appointment. And dont say its written on the back of your insurance card!! You in the office know all the rules...dont sit there stone-faced and not help. He took off at work and doesnt even live in this area anymore..so it was a big deal. We will be going elsewhere Im sorry to say. Dr.Possick was great but the office needs some management.

I wanted to give a VERY VERY POOR rating. Since there is no such option, I am just giving it 1 star. I visited only once here and this is the worst hospital I ever visited. First of all, they dont know meaning of appointment time. We waited for about 2 hrs and been put up with a worst, patientless, rude doctor in the world. Please dont go here at all.

Still the same in 2012. I dont understand how Dr.s offices can schedule correctly. I went to this office twice and both times I had to wait over 30 minutes. Find someone else.

I took my son out of school for a 9:00 am appt - the first of the day - and we WAITED A FULL HOUR TO SEE THE DOCTOR. Go somewhere else.
