Upon my urging, my Mom began receiving physical therapy at Arista 3 months ago and just completed the over 30 annual visits allowed by her insurance. Her issues include spinal stenosis, scoliosis, degenerative disc disease, lumbar radiculopathy & sciatic pain. As a 76-year old senior who had battled back pain and tried epidural shots, a network chiropractor, lumbar belts, etc. she had pretty resolved to a life of pain, worsening posture, compromised balance and the beginning use of a cane for support. She was a real skeptic on her first meeting but listened to what 11-yr- physical therapist, PINA realistically told her. She didnt promise miracles (perfect posture, no pain), but she did say that her quality of life, ability to walk a greater distance and basic comfort would considerably improve. After 2 visits, my Mom felt hopeful and was committed to receiving the health & wellness that therapy was bringing her. Not only was her physical health improving, but as a by-product, so was her mental and emotional well-being. GEORGEs extensive & excellent personal training were evident in his back massages and his kind & caring way brought both healing & joy to my Mom. She knew she was in the best possible care being given the utmost attention. SOPHO & MARKO were also instrumental in her many training sessions creating targeted workouts for her specific needs. DAN & YIANNI were also helpful and kindly answered all of our questions with a smile. It is a wonderful place of healing. There is a nice energy from the entire staff including the office manager STEPHANIE as well as CHRISTINA...All very welcoming! They bring light to all people, young and old, but I especially appreciated how encouraging, patient and supportive they are towards the Senior patients!! ARISTA STAFF: You are loved! Happy Holidays! Arista in Astoria is the BEST physical therapy location ever. It is staffed by professional, patient, courteous people. I didnt know this place existed two years ago, when I had knee issues even though I went to see an Orthopedic that has an office in the same building. At that time, nobody advised me about Arista and I had to go to Lenox Hill Hospital physical therapy center and wait two months for the first session. @Arista I could get my first appointment in three days. I am personally working with the physical therapist Daniel Bogard, very knowledgeable and then the personal trainers, Yanny, Marco and a few other people. The psychical therapist Pina is very professional as well. Thank you for their help I am progressing and starting to feel that my back pain is going away. The receptionists are well read, quick and definitely problem solving! which is a great plus. Thank you to everyone.

Wonderful staff, excellent service! Ive been at several PT facilities in Astoria, Queens, and Arista is absolutely the BEST! Knowledgable therapists who challenge you just right. Ive had hip and leg pain for several months (after a hip bursitis) and even after a few visits Im starting to feel better. Another great plus for this facility is that they work on time! When you have an appointment, you are guaranteed to be seen at that time. As good as it can get! Go Arista!

Post knee surgery, it was important to rebuild the strength in my leg that was lost during recovery. The staff at Arista was very welcoming from the moment I called to set up an appointment, and even more hospitable when I got into the office. They listened to my needs during consultation and devised the appropriate action plan to get me back to 100%. Check them out if youre in the neighborhood and need to get yourself back to top shape!

I went to Arista Physical Therapy for a herniated disc. I picked Arista for the convenience, because it was a few blocks from my Apt. To my luck it was also clean and professional. Everyone that I came in contact with was pleasant and professional. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing physical therapy. They work with you and your insurance to make sure you get what you need and not overcharge you. Great place and people.

Arista, Astoria is the BEST physical therapy location EVER. It is staffed by young people who are not only professional and courteous, but kind and patient. Because they are so knowledgeable, you feel secure. Personally, I am so happy to get the best service from Pina, Yanni, Sopho, and recently Janey. After tearing my ACL and going through a turbulent reconstruction and recovery, I can say theres nowhere I would rather go for physical therapy. Dan and Yanni in the gym and Christine at the front desk have become like family. You feel super welcome here and also get excellent care. They really know what theyre doing, how to target your specific issue, and how to get you back on your feet.

Ive been working with Pina, Dr. Bui, and George as I recover from Bells Palsy affecting the left side of my face. Not only are they extremely friendly and professional, but they take the time to make sure youre getting the attention you deserve. At no point do I feel rushed.
