I have been a patient of Dr Valinottis for 14 years, and he is an excellent doctor. However, I had what was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a medical professional today with PA Valerie Peck, and it actually induced a panic attack. I wont go into the specifics, but the only condition Dr. Valinotti treats me for is anxiety. I started to panic and she laughed at me, and I tried to leave and she insisted on doing an exam. By the time I left the office- I shook violently the whole time I was being "examined," and she laughed, I was having a full-blown panic attack. I really want to continue to see Dr. Valinotti but that experience with Valerie Peck really frightened me. There is something terrifying about being medically examined by a person who is laughing at you as you have a panic attack. There are some more private details I wont go into, but I would definitely recommend avoiding Valerie Peck. To top it all off, the necessary prescription that my visit was regarding was written wrong and unfillable. I am not sure if that was done deliberately, but it created another inconvenience in trying to obtain it.

He,s been my primary for years. Yesterday I arrived for follow up for a possible dangerious condition, and the office staff informed me I had outstanding invoices, (which I did not) after some searching they discovered I did in fact pay the invoice. Of course I paid! I always pay! Then they told me I had to pay the deductible up front before the service! I think not, Im accustomed to receiving an invoice AFTER its processed through Aetna. Thats the way it works now, pay thousands into a healthcare account and manage the invoices one by one. If you dont you might as well give it all away. Another trick is I havent seen the Doctor the last three visits. I was privileged to visit with his PA. PA care at MD prices! I work in the healthcare industry and witness the abuse that occurs. Im searching for a replacement Primary, someone who actually cares about his Patients rather than pay day.

Dr. Valinotti did the immigration physical for both, my wife, and daughter. All papers were done correctly in a reasonable amount of time. The wait time for appointments hasnt exceeded 20 minutes for any of our appointments over the past 3 years. His office staff is always busy, but they handle everything professionally and are always courteous. Theyre not sociable, but I dont go there to socialize. This is the best doctors office Ive visited in the last 10 years.

Im just reading the other reviews and Im a bit puzzled. Ive been a patient of Dr Valinotti for well over 10 years and have always trusted his service and advice. His staff was always attentive and know my family and I on a first name basis. His P.A. Ms Sara Di Lello has always been just as attentive to my needs as well.

Ive been going to Dr. Valinottis office for over 1 year now and I see Sara who I love. She is on top of everything, she really cares, she takes care of the problem and gets you the help you need for the pain and Im always in a lot of pain. I trust her and the staff are always on the ball and very nice when I call.

Dr. Richard Valinotti is the worst Dr. Ever he does not care for his patients!! I was in a lot of pain in my liver and he said i was in pain because i have a fat liver!! I change my Dr.and thank God i did it turn out i had cancer in my liver. If i would have stay with Dr Richard Valinotti i would have died!!

Charged me really high and didnt take my insurance. I did immigration physical there, and waited for 3 weeks still havent got my form - I have been calling everyday, and they knew its the last form I need to mail out. Staff gave me attitude the whole time, reluctant to help. Will never go there again.

Excellent care, always friendly, call for an appointment and they get me right in and Ive never waited long. Ive been seeing Sara most often, she is knowledgeable and friendly always. I recommend this doctors
