First appointment I was called back 30 minutes late. I understand that things happen and sometimes doctors run late. Once back the staff and dentist were professional and kind. Second appointment I was told they were runnin late- 20 minutes had passed. Since I had to get to college for afternoon/evening classes I had no choice but to leave. Third appointment I arrived 10 minutes early and waited over 30 minutes to be seen. My wife also had an appointment scheduled for the same time. But because they were runnin late (not at all uncommon for this office) the secretary told her she needed to reschedule because my wife was 15 minutes late (which was noted in her file). My wife questioned why she should reschedule. The secretary stated because they were running behind and she was late. My wife stated that they were 30 minutes behind schedule so the point was moot. My wife came back to inform me of all this at which time I got up out of the chair and said this is their problem not ours. They are always running late and we shouldnt have to be held accountable for it. Then I walked out. A minute later I walked back in and told the dentist she needed to book less people if she was always running behind. I then asked her if the reason for overbooking was for financial gain. She promptly asked what insurance I had. Being that I was going to school and working part time and my wife is disabled we had Medicaid. She then started badmouthing Medicaid people and saying she doesnt like treating them and that they have attitude and entitlement issues and that she doesnt make much money from the insurance. Nice. This coming from a professional where other patience can hear. Side note: my wife now works full time with the state and I work full time as well. We will have insurance through the state, which pays less for dental than our Medicaid did. Guess she put her foot in her mouth on that one. I would highly recommend finding another dentist. If this is your only option (for insurance reasons) use caution.

I can only give one star for the dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth the 2 times I went. Otherwise, this place is a joke. The first time I went the dentist, Dr. Mehdi was very unfriendly and what I thought to be quite rude but I dismissed it and said Id look elsewhere for a different provider. My husband went a month later and waited in the parking lot for 20 minutes while no one showed up and then when he drove away and I called, the young lady said she had been there all along, only to find out she was a liar and had just pulled in. Unfortunately due to timing I had to go back today for a cleaning and I am 25 weeks pregnant. When I told them I am pregnant they said, thats okay well double layer you and the baby for xrays. I said, no thank you Ill waive them as I just had them 6 months ago and Im pregnant. I signed a waiver and had my teeth cleaned. When the "doctor" came in, she looked at my waiver and told me she would like me to find another provider as she would not be able to treat me without having xrays done. She wouldnt finish the exam either. I looked at her quite dumbfounded as I couldnt believe she would refuse to treat me because I refused xrays while pregnant. I could have been somewhat okay with that but then she told me that it was okay to have xrays when pregnant, which is her opinion and she has no right to tell me what is right for me, my body and my baby. She wasnt gracious or apologetic, she was rude. She told me she doesnt treat patients who dont have xrays. I walked out to the desk, used some choice words which I wont deny and told her she was rude and I would gladly find a new provider and file a complaint. Needless to say, I would never return and have filed a complaint with the insurance company, board of health and NYS Dental Association and will advise anyone who reads this to avoid her practice as she is a rude individual who shouldnt be treating patients or running a business with that type of attitude and demeanor. Just read the other reviews!

Not child friendly - not classy environment . The dentist is angry. First time there she was insulting her staff in front of me which I found very uncomfortable. All the teeth she fixed fell apart within a year. I wasnt thrilled about returning but did beacause I was in pain . My second trip was really intense. I was in agonizing pain and the dentist refused to look at my teeth because I had my three year old with me and she was playing too loudly with my mom and sister in the waiting room . When I was asked to leave because my child was causing her to mess up other people work. I got up and left she followed me into the waiting room and tried very hard to shame and humiliate me in front of my family. This women I have only met one time prior in a what I assumed was a professional environment called me dirogritory names in front of my family including my child . I am a respectful person and polite to everyone I meet and her behavior showed signs of some type of anger or mental issues. "You dont respect yourself and you dont take care of your teeth ." She said then she eyed my mother and said "look at your influences in life." "Did you even drive yourself here?" She asks ( I did & its none of her bussiness anyways) I also was born carrying strep bacterial which makes my teeth decay easily . I brush multiple times daily. Do not go to this dentist . She literally had a mental break down in front of me and my family and make snap judgements about us. She is not fit to work in a dental or any medical field.

I would NOT recommend this dental office AT ALL! The dentist told my 14 year old daughter that she had 1 cavity and when we went back 3 weeks later 1 cavity turned into 3 cavities and 2 root canals. We ended up getting two cavities filled and then decided to get a second opinion on the other 3 teeth. The two teeth that we had the dentist fill, the dentist was going to drill without any Novocain. When I asked her she said "well I dont think she needs it.". I could not believe it. so when my daughter asked for some Novocain, she gave my daughter no warning and just shoved the needle in her mouth. Just pain mean and seemed like we were out of line even asking for Novocain. Also she seemed like she was put out for us even being there. It was awful. My daughter cried and asked not to ever go back t o her again. The dentist was rude every time we visited for a check up. and is not very friendly. JUST THE WORST! I would not give her any stars.. in this case I had to give at lease 1. By the way, the second opinion I got, my daughter did not have any other cavities or root canals.

I had to switch dentists quite quickly because my medicare had to change. I also needed a root canal and a cavity filled. When I first went to saratoga dental they were not the warm and fuzzy dentists that I was used to they were extremely unfriendly other than the dental hygienist. They did their job and that was it. For the the third part of my root canal I had to wait 50 minutes for a 30 minute job. About 4 months later almost every night I experience aching on my left side of my mouth. Also during the root canal I was in pain and Im not sensitive to pain but she numbed me more than twice and told me to raise my hand when it was too much. I raised my hand and they did nothing it was as if they ignored it. Also Dr.Medhi yells at her assistents if she simply cant hear her and ask her to repeat things. NOT a valid reason!! Sorry but if youre looking for a dentist I highly recommend Dr.Jaime Green down the street from the Maple Ave Middle School. :)
