If you have the time to talk to your insurance company tracking down forms that were never filed; If you have the time to talk to their insufferable “Practice Mgr.” who blames everyone (including other staff members) for her own ineptitude; If you have the time to read nasty letters accusing you of not fulfilling your financial obligation even though you have insurance EOB and correspondence to back you up; Then, by all means, this is the place to go for rehab. I have never spent more time on the phone with my insurance company, sending letters to PMR with EOB’s from my insurance company, following up again with my insurance company, all because their Practice Mgr. combines a tremendous amount of incompetence with an equal dose of arrogance. Apparently, I am not the only patient that has had to deal with their Practice Mgr. If you check their website, you’ll read another poor review by a patient and the response by one of their owners, Dr. Paul Ciatto. “At the end of the day I stand by Northeast Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, what we do and our business practices. We have four locations; two in New York and two in Connecticut. Our success is demonstrated by our continued growth and expansion.” I guess he approves of the methods used so “beware.” I had no issues with the therapeutic staff in Danbury. They are dedicated, smart and caring but I feel it necessary to warn others who may be considering their help.

I have been coming for physical here at Northeast PMR for 3 years now. I have seen amazing results and have had a wonderful experience. I am currently working with Mike and Percida and they are an excellent team dedicated to my physical well being. Every time I am greeted by the support staff who are diligent and very attentive. I would recommend PMR to everyone I know. TWO THUMBS UP!!!!! :)

I have been a patient of NEPMR since 2009 . I had a shoulder fracture and was not even able to fill out the forms. They actually filled them out for me, this is only one of many examples of the type of people you will deal with at Northeast. I work with Mike and Percida mostly ,but everyone is great there. You cant find a better Physical Therapy practice.
