Was very sad when the corporation took over. It changed from being a caring staff who spent time with you to personalize your treatment. Post sale, it turned into a factory where each therapist is only able to spend 15 minutes with a patient per 1 hour visit. The rest of the time youre moved around by junior people. Also their billing office is so disorganized. Despite multiple requests, I never received a bill or a breakdown of the services - I was just told that it was going to be covered by my insurance. Turned out to be untrue and received a $5000+ bill at the end. They did negotiate it down but the amounts they charge are insane. Beware.

The physical therapy here is top notch. The environment caring, energetic and inspiring. Right next to the PT space they have an amazing fitness gym where you can get one-on-one personal training or guided workouts with a shared trainer. A perfect place to either recover from an injury or just work on achieving your personal fitness goals. Ive done both the guided workouts and the physical therapy and both experiences have been great. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

The payment options are not clear at the location and I received a bill all of a sudden even when I made all payments last day and was told that there is nothing outstanding.
