Doctors are not letting patients know the results of the first round of test they have done and want to run the same test again without getting the results from the first test. They also have about 12 different doctors come in at different times all asking the same questions a thousand times and there is no progress. The nurses are not hospitable they are snarky and rude with attitudes. You ask questions and no one knows anything or seem to know what they are doing. No one come to check on you to see if you need anything and when I called for help and waited almost 5 minutes just to get a response its been over 2 hours of my IV pump machine beeping and no one has come to check on it even after I called and let them know. Got blood drawn from one nurse and less than 30 minutes later another nurse comes in wanting to draw blood again. Seems like somebody dont know whats going on. I asked for toilet paper more than once and waited almost 2 days before I received any. This hospital is the worst. I never got rude or had an attitude with anyone that works here to be treated like this. But this review I will write about my experience so please whatever you do I suggest that you do not come to this hospital its an insult to a sick patient. However I will say that if you like bad hospitality feel free to come and get the best 5 star treatment that they have available. This hospital is a joke. And to anyone who has a problem about my review cant get upset about me telling my experience. I am a human being and I deserve to be treated as such. Not like a dog that is about to be put down. Even sick animals get treated better than this. Smh this hospital has to do better than this.

Absolute worst!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stay away! They wonder why people get on edge. Its 3:50am and I am still awaiting (urgent care) to be called after arriving a little after 12am. This place is a disgrace! Ive only seen two people get called, one was seen and was able to leave. The other person was sent back to the waiting room jist to wait another hour or three.To top it off a nurse came out to call another patient and no one answered, the nurse simply walked away and never came back to call somebody else. When I got up to ask what is taking so long an Asian nurse answere "we only have one doctor available for urgent care". ?????? Also, people were allowed to walk in and out of the hospital and security didnt even question them. One man walked in with a towel and a bag in his hand and sat with the rest of us who was waiting. He then entered the bathroom and got out. He went in again with his bag and did not come out. My partner had to tell security in order to make sure that everything was okay with him. This place should definitely have a new hiring staff, management, and system if not shut it down so people can go somewhere else. I have never experienced anything like this in my life!!!!!!!!! We need to do better people.

This is the nastiest, worst hospital I have ever been to. Waited over an hour just for triage when my daughter had a laceration on her head that was openly bleeding. Dirt, dust, and debris everywhere. Equipment looks like it hasnt been cleaned, updated, or replaced in decades. The staff is extremely rude. One mother was there with two kids, one 10 and one maybe barely 2. The 2 year old was getting antsy as they had been waiting for 3 hours for the 10 year old to be seen. One of the nurses told her, "If that baby falls and gets hurt, we wont treat her here tonight. I told you to make her listen". There were two crack heads in the pediatric waiting room. Cursing and carrying on, then the woman picked up a used plastic fork off the ground and started using it to comb her hair while loudly proclaiming to all the children "This is what I learned in jail". Its currently 10 pm and we have been here since 7 still waiting for stitches. We dont even have a room, just sitting in chairs in the hallway. The girl across from me is having a miscarriage and they have her sat in a plastic chair. Please do not come to this awful awful place.

Seriously its the most horrific, disgusting place Ive ever been in/ a total nightmare! Everything is dirty, the staff are very nasty/rude & say theyll do something but never do. A girl was next to me in our room was throwing up blood & green stuff, we called for the nurse. 2 hours later 3 nurses came, the girl was on the floor still throwing up, the nurses laughed & left!!! Then the Dr came, said nothing is wrong & left- no help! Fk hell!!! The girl called her family who came & took her to a good hospital. This place is extremely unorganized (the staff dont comunicate /are not on the same page), it takes forever to get anything- if you get it at all & you can never go outside for fresh air! ( all other hospitals let you!) This is worse than a prison & has got to be shut down!They are getting away with all this because its a private hospital not a state one, so no observation. Honestly dont ever come here! Rating = NO STARS/ minus 3 Billion STARS!

Ight, so boom. 1. They took 8 hours just to tell me an simple issue they couldve told me in one hour. 2. They only tend to those they want to attend "You have breast?? You go first" 3. The employees are very rude the black ones especially. The whites, Hispanics and the Asians were nice (still couldve told me the issue an hour earlier so maybe theyre not nice) met a very nice white lady named Britney she was nice and she knew Spanish thats a plus, Id see Britney if I were you she made me feel like everything was going to be alright. 4. Most of the employees ignore you when you ask for help. I live near St Barnabas but refused to go there because their service is bad but I regret it now cause this place is worst. Seems like im not the only one.

Go get registered and a black nurse with a pink or purple shirt talking about having sex in the back and that her stomach was hitting her leg while she was having sex and this is right in front of me while the lady registering me was laughing.and then i ask for tissue they give me the hardest paper they can find.what kind of hospital doesnt have Kleenex not even in pediatrics. Go see the doctor for swolle. Throat looks at it prescribes me something amd doesnt even tell me what he sent to the pharmacy. So unprofessional hope they can do better with staff instead this ppl straight from highschool

More than two hours in the waiting area to be seen by the pediatric dental doctor at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital located at Grand Concourse 1775.Nobody called us yet. I brought my daughter because she has an appointment today. I spoke to the person at the front desk. He said he spoke to the Dr. and she is going to take care of us as soon as possible. But we are still waiting..Its the worst experience ever.
