Es tan malo y tan porqueria q desde las 4:35 pm q firmaron mi discharge todavia estoy esperando la ambulancia y son las 8:29pm, mira lo irresponsables que son. Y su administracion no sirve. Y ni tels hay para llamarles porque el centro de llamadas es otra porqueria que no sirve

Horrible service inside and outside of the center. Youll be waiting 45 minutes or more just to be CALLED, not seen.. And after youre called to get your minor check up from the nursing assistant, you then have to WAIT AGAIN... this time for your doctor, which could take as long as the first wait. Now when it comes to customer service over the phone FORGET ABOUT IT.. Ive personally been "on hold for an hour and 15 minutes.... are you kidding me? For all of that I couldve walked to the damn hospital center and got some assistance... Poor service.

Stay away from this piece of garbage the staff is condescending, rude, and racist I might add also they have terrible response I brought my pregnant wife to the ER that was bleedding and they told is to sit down in the waiting area ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDing me this people are the worst stay away from this hospital the charges are crazy and they do not care about their patients. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This by far one the worst in the bronx either the administration needs to be replaced or shut the whole thing down the staff is rude and disrespectful to the patients and patients sit on a regular at least 4 hours minimum in the waiting room to be taken in to the back
