So I went with my nice and her son to get something checked out. Called first since it was already 7pm. The person that answered the phone said to come. We took a cab and got there in 15 min. My niece filled out her info on the tablet they provide then was told she was going to have to wait an hour to an hour and a half to be seen. OK fine after leaving work and paying a cab what else can you do but wait. Ok..after about a min or 2 she asked if we can step out to get the baby something to eat. .the lady behind the desk said it was fine....we went next door to Mc Donalds and with in 10-15 min receive a phone call .."were closing" ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!!!!!! Please someone tell me where I went wrong...WTH!!!!!! As far as Im concerned these people dont give a damm about patients. .they are probably the ones that didnt make it in medical school and this is a way to give them a chance...seriously but if this is how they help people why bother. ..I wasnt gonna even bother reviewing what happened to my son yesterday here in this same location but that wouldnt be fair to all the sick people that actually need and are looking for a place to help them with whatever medical issue they may have. So he came to chk a passed injury he had a few weeks ago and added that he was having chest pain..he is a young 28 yrs with a family that has had history with heart failure and diabetes and elevated blood pressure. They told him to lay off the salt it shouldnt be anything.. no x-ray or blood pressure taken. Smh...this happened yesterday..he still has chest pain and is on his way to the hospital...as much as I thought this place was going to be good..I think they are only good at charging the insurance companies for nothing done...smh...WE NEED REAL DOCTORS THAT CARE.. Muy buen trato a mi y a mí bebe, desde las secretarías hasta las doctoras, todo fue rápido, cómodo, desde llenar la información del seguro hasta la atención a mi bebe que tenía conjuntivitis en ese momento, fue mucho mejor de lo que esperaba, la prescripción la enviaron a la farmacia de mi preferencia, la farmacia es la que escojas, ellos no deciden por ti, y te dan una copia de la visita por si necesitas llevarla al medico de cabecera de tu bebe. Muy buen lugar. Se los recomiendo.

INCOMPETENCE!!! I take my baby there on emergency bc he is sick. I asked for a print out of his medication and they refused. They then send it to a closed pharmacy they recommended and my son stood without his medicine fighting a horrible cough and infection an extra day. On top of that when I asked for vitamins and a medicine for me bc I was also seen, they refused to prescribe but not bc of medical reasons. Bc they just didnt feel like it. They told me to ask another Dr. And the entire time the Dr. spoke condescendly to me. Thats just the icing on the cake. But I cant waste my entire day here. Never go here for you and your baby. You may get seen but you wont be cared for. They are just there to make money. They didnt even want to run blood tests or urine after they took samples. They were just going to leave it sitting there. Horrible!

I would rather walk to Jacobi Medical Center than be seen at this facility. Dr. Tran had the nerve to tell me if I ever feel like I am having a stroke dont come here, they cant help me. Then she giggled. What doctor would actually say that to a patient? Save your co-payment people. You are better off diagnosing yourself on the internet.

DOCTOR NEVER FILLED MY PRESCRIPTION FOR TONSILITIS AND I CALLED IN THE MORNING STATING MY PROBLEM AND WHOEVER ANSWERED WAS RUSHING TO GET ME OFF THE PHONE TO PLACE ME ON INDEFINITE HOLD. PLACE IS TRASH STAFF IS TRASH
