I wouldnt give this place half of a star. Starting with the website on to the receptionist. I searched for an office today that would be open on a Saturday for walkins. The information provided on the site states that the office is open from 8am until 4pm on Saturday and 8am the until 5pm Mon - Fri. I called the office to ask about there walkin hours and to make sure I would be able to walk in and receive services. The first receptionist I spoke to stated I can walkin Saturday from 8am until 3pm and Mon - Fri 8am - 4pm and be seen. So I thought I would be good to go to receive walkin services. Then right before I was about to leave my apartment I decided to call once more just to make sure I would be seen as a walkin patient, I didnt want to go a long way and not be seen. So I did just that and thank god I did because now they were telling a new story. The second receptionist I spoke to told me a whole other story, she stated that walkin hours starts before 8am its from 7:30am until 9am (which I thought was odd as the office doesnt open until 8am and the previous rep stated walkin hours start at 8am). The second rep is now saying the dentist comes in at 7:30am and leaves at 2:30pm Mon - Fri and on Saturday 8am -12:30pm or after 25 patients. So here is my thing "Stop providing the false info on the site and allowing other reps to provide that same info if the office closes after only half a day of work Mon - Fri. As another reviewer stated the same thing about this office that closes earlier than expected. All this false information makes this office look really bad, the reps look really bad, the dentist look really bad and from there the service Im sure will follow suit. Only half a day of work means rushed jobs. REALLY!! I think I will pass on going to this office. Thank God For The Truth. FYI (The only reason it got 1 star is because I couldnt post my comment without giving at least a one star rating) Otherwise I would not have given even half of a star rating.

I took my 6 year old son there to have two of his teeth extracted. This office was beyond what I expected. VERY CLEAN and neat the staff was nice and accommodating. My son and I arrived around 7:40am you must get there before 8am because it is a walk-in office only. The wait was rather long and my son started to really get impatient like most 6 year olds are. I asked the receptionist how many people were ahead of my son and she said 10. Then another employee says " let me speak with the doctor so you wont have to wait so long with him " then they informed me that the doctor would call him sooner. I didnt expect soon as in next! My son takes his x-ray which was very quick on a high-tech machine. After that we were told to enter a room, the dental assistant saw my son was nervous and she began to tell him how her and " batman " were good friends and she was going to tell " batman " how brave my son was. My son had his doubts lol then she shows him a pic of her and batman and he was sold! The doctor comes in explains what shes going to do ( i cant remember her name but shes only there Friday and saturday ) which was give him laughing gas then put him to sleep which she did. My husband and I were told we had to wait outside soon after maybe 15-20 min the assistants were telling us the doctor was done and we could see our son. Even after he was done EVERYONE showed concern while he was in the recovery and although the doctor had another patient in the chair she kept coming to make sure my son was ok.( i wish i could remember her name she was so nice but again shes there Friday and Saturday, shes tall and slim very attractive ) I would recommend this place to anyone. Im a very picky person especially when it comes to medical care for my child like most parents are. Last there were other patients prior to my son and they came out very pleased with their services as well. Thank you so much dental oral surgery!!

I would have given them 5 stars if it hadnt been for the doctor who treated me. The front desk staff was very courteous and accommodating. The dental assistants were patient and informative and throughout the process told me what to expect next. But the doctor. The Doctor was a brute. He walks in the room like Randy macho man savage. never says a word, puts his belongings down and slaps on some gloves. I tried to break the ice with a little small talk- he ignores me and asks the assistant a question instead. Ok. No problem, hes all business. So I ask him if hell be able to take the two wisdom teeth on my lower arch out and he stuffs a block in my mouth pulls the arm of sweater up and in one motion with out a word applies the Needle. Sedation drugs and tape to hold it all onto my wrist. Next thing I know I woke up in the waiting room. With a "personality" like his I cant help but wonder if a kinder doctor could have saved me some pain. Great staff, nice business model poor choice in a doctor

Got there around 7:40. There was already 5 people in front of me and I was number 6. X-ray was taken pretty quickly. I would say 40min after being there. For the amount of people that get there I would say everything was done is a well timely manner. As soon as I got up to give my paper in since it was my first time I lost my seat. Stood up the whole time i was there. Its a first come first serve. Move your feet lose your seat. Even if you go in to get x rays and come right back out. There is so many people that you will lose your seat. Next time I know to bring a small seat for myself or something to just sit on while I wait. The dentist was pretty quick. Everyone that came in before me was done quickly. I went in, did local anesthesia , he pulled it out and I was done. Everyone was professional. Not as welcoming as one would like but I guess I understand because they have so many people. Overall Good. Dentist was very good too and quick. Wait wasnt that bad.7:40 was done by 10:40.

Horrible experience here i went ro remove an impacted wisdom tooth the doc didnt answer any of my questions just was in a hurry to sedate me i was there from 9 am till 3 pm. When i got home i noticed a huge hole on the inside of my cheek that bled for days and noticed he had broke the molar in half beside the tooth he was removing i also noticed a poking sensation in the tooth wound and turns out he left a piece of molar in there that i had to remove myself before the wound healed or i woulda had to go back to the surgeon to have it removed. This place is a slaughter house it was a horrible place i was never scared of dentist till i went here. I dont recommend it to anyone.
