While the doctor we saw was nice, it took a long time to be called and even longer time to be seen. My toddler had a full on meltdown while waiting. We were on time for our appointment. The worst part was that the prescription was not sent to the pharmacy, so it was not there when we went to pick it up. I called the doctors office, left a message and didt get a call back. When I followed up again a week later, there was no apology. I was told that if this happens again, I should call immediately. I did, but no one returned my message. All she said was "well, ok." Again, no apology. I am going to bring my child to the follow up, but she has lost a full week without her medicine and I will be sure to provide my feedback in person.

Dr. Choudhury has worked with my 7 year old son since November 2015. He makes sure that my son feels comfortable during each visit. The entire team at Brooklyn Dermatology is AMAZING. They are like family to us. Dr. Choudhury takes such great care of my son, that I even became a patient of his, as well. Brooklyn Dermatology has changed my sons life. Thank you! Thank you! The doctor that saw me was friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff is incompetent. Dont bother filling out or uploading anything beforehand through ZocDoc, the receptionist will just make you do it again at the office. Also, the intake form asks for your credit card number and corresponding security code. That is sketchy AF.

Lovely practice! Very clean and modern, with rotating gallery walls showcasing local art. The doctors ( I mainly go to the practice owner, Dr Choudry) are super awesome! Highly recommended!! Oh, I always get seen right away! Ive never had to wait!!

Dont waste your time filling out the health related forms online. When you get there you are going to have to fill them out anyway. Waste of time, and you know what time is, right.
