The therapists are great. The receptionist is completely incompetent. I went here 2 years ago and the receptionist kept screwing up my appointment and I stopped going. I came back again because my primary care doctor really recommended I give them a chance again and the same thing has happened. I have never encountered such repeated incompetence in staff before. Its ridiculous.

Ive seen a couple different physical therapists for my back over the years, but never met anyone who got to the source of the problem as quickly as Matt. His knowledge of the muscle groups and ability to diagnose and correct the issue was excellent. I highly recommend.
