I suffer from a whiplash injury, which happened about 12 years ago. My friend was driving and we were entering a roundabout when a car smashed into us from behind. The crash wasnt big at all. I hardly felt any pain right then, but I guess it was with enough impact to create my neck injury. Since I barely felt anything, I didnt go to the hospital for a check-up and x-rays. Big mistake! If you ever get into a car accident you should always go and get a check-up of your neck and back. This, also to get help with insurance if you turn out to have an injury. I have paid for all treatments myself, which has cost me a lot over the years. It took months until I started to get bad headaches and they always started from the neck. My neck got stiff with big painful knots on each side where the head begins. The knots (or swelling) were extremely painful, and gradually the headaches creped up on me. At some occasions my neck was so stiff and painful that I could hardly move it from side to side, and it was even hard to lay down on the pillow at night. Its a type of pain that doesnt go away with pain medications either. The dizziness was very uncomfortable as well. It happened to me a lot and still does if it goes too long between my chiropractic treatments. For example; I could stand in the shower or sit down and all of a sudden my head started spinning from nowhere. Very uncomfortable. Thanks to my amazing chiropractor, Dr. Adam Nachmias, and chiropractic adjustments Im now totally relieved from my headaches and stiff painful neck! By aligning the spine and releasing the pressure on my neck, the nervous system started functioning properly again, and my body healed itself from the pain. Incredible! The same goes for my lumbagos (or back cracks) that usually happen 5-6 times a year. I think they are due to the wear and tear from 20 years as a professional dancer, which is a sport thats tough on the body. My last lumbago happened 2 weeks ago at my dance rehearsal. However, after two chiropractic treatments with lower back adjustments and electricity, Im all good again. I experienced one day of soreness and then I was back to normal. For me this is fantastic and I cant thank Dr. Adam Nachmias enough for enabling me to live an active and healthy life!! I would highly recommend all of you pain sufferers from chronic pain, or any type of pain, to first seek out Dr. Adam Nachmias at Nachmias Chiropractic as a first treatment option. He obviously performs miracles, and the best part of it is that its a totally natural way of healing, without using chemical drugs with dangerous side effects. After a very bad car accident I was left with pain in my ribs, neck, back, ankles and shoulders (just to name a few spots) that was constant and my body aches were unbearable. They caused me a great deal of discomfort when I stood, sat, or even slept. Dr. Nachmias, Adam, as most clients affectionately call him began seeing me within days of my accident. The entire process thus far has been stress free. After finding out of herniated and bulging discs in my neck and back, I was very concerned. Between the electrical stimulation, neck stretching, and adjustments,  Adam has provided great relief and managed to ease my fears. On top of that, he set me up with a massage therapist named Jameelah who is so knowledgeable about the body that she was able to often sense where my pain was (even though shed still ask). I look forward to getting massages and adjustments that send me home feeling like Im ready to take on the world (even though Im still healing).  The pain has lessened and what lingers is more manageable now. I can move around without feeling that my limbs are out of place. Dr. Nachmias services allow me to refrain from taking medications as frequently as I was.  Walking into Adams office often feels like walking in on a live taping of Cheers. The new Brooklyn offices decor is amazing...peaceful. Adam as well as the other staff members have a caring and professional demeanor that put everyone at ease. Adam and Jameelah are very compassionate with their work. I always leave that office knowing that they genuinely care about me. Adam is an excellent chiropractor who is very knowledgeable about his craft. Adam, Key and all the other members of his staff provide exceptional customer service.  Adam is very flexible with appointments and I never have a problem scheduling or fitting in. His practice is definitely first class! I look forward to being able to continue with my daily duties with minimal pains. By the way, the office was beautiful!!! I loved the color scheme. The colors were soothing. If youre looking for a chiropractor that is skilled...seek out Nachmias chiropractic...You wont be disappointed!

Dr. Adam and Key are an amazing team. If you want to enjoy great chiropractic care in a relaxed environment you should give them a call! I moved to NY in April and looked all summer for a Brooklyn chiropractor. I have chiropractors in my family back in Arizona and was looking for specific traits in a local practice: ease to work with and fair pricing. After contacting about a dozen offices in the Park Slope / Prospect Heights / Carroll Gardens area I was beginning to get discouraged when I stumbled upon Dr. Nachmias office. I have been working with them now since October and am very satisfied. They are easy to work with and have the fair pricing I was looking for. And, as a bonus, they have a spunky personality that makes me feel at home. It is easy to schedule with them and, even with a full house, I dont have to wait long for my therapy session and adjustment. Chiropractic a vital part of my own personal health & wellness plan and I am so grateful to have found a convenient and friendly practice to continue my care in NY. Give them a try - their office is located right off the F & G trains in Park Slope! They have an office in the City too.

I believe that I was severely injured as a result of my treatment by Adam Nachmias. I walked in with severe backpain and some numbness on one side of my body. I let him know that I had very recently had a baby. He adjusted me, after a 30 second review of my condition, and when I got up I was numb on both sides of my body. I felt better for the moment, but when I asked him about the numbness on both sides of my body, he told me not to worry about it. I was hospitalized and operated on shortly thereafter. I nearly suffered permanent incontinence and paralysis. No, I would not go back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adams for years now, and he is the best chiropractor Ive seen. He is extremely knowledgeable about how to care for patients, and the office makes you feel like part of the family. I cannot recommend seeing Dr. Adam enough if you need long term care or if you need a quick fix. Key is also so knowledgeable about insurance, getting you set up for visits, and is just generally the best! I love knowing well be taken care of when we need Dr. Adams expertise.
