Simply put this practice is the best. I first came in a few years ago after suffering back pain that was preventing me from enjoying many of my favorite activities (Brazilian jiu-jitsu, kayaking, mountain biking, backpacking, weight training, etc.) I had visited many other orthopedists, chiropractors, and physical therapists, none of which were able to help me relieve my pain and get me back to an active lifestyle. After the first visit at Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation I knew I had found a practice that could help me. They provided a thorough analysis of my concerns and really took the time to understand the problem before trying to fix it. The other practices that I had tried all ended up telling me that I would have to stop training and that I should find new activities to fill my time, but Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation was different. The team worked together to create a treatment plan that has allowed me to continue participating in all the activities I love and have been nothing but positive throughout the process. Everyone that works here is kind, compassionate, and friendly, including the front desk, billing, the chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturist. Whenever I come in for treatment I feel like I am coming in to be with friends and not going to a sterile doctors office where I am treated like just another insurance claim. It is great to be able to visit an office that has such a range of practitioners. The combination working with physical therapists, chiropractors, and acupuncturists has decreased my recovery time and relieved pain that I had been living with for a long time. I love being able to go to one office and receive a range of services instead of having to drive to different offices and set various appointment times. Anytime one of my friends suffers an injury I immediately recommend Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation.

For the past 8 months I was experiencing an almost unbearable tingling sensation in my fingers. It was so bad that I couldnt sleep at night, I had no energy, and I was very uncomfortable doing minimal workouts. I went to a basic chiropractor prior to going to Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation which did next to nothing for my issue. Being a 24 year old, I knew something was wrong. I scheduled a consultation with Monmouth Pain and Rehab at their newest location in Wall, NJ and instantly I was blown away by the amount of professionalism, knowledge, and cleanliness of the staff and facility. Upon my consultation, the doctor took x-rays of my neck and back and found the underlying cause of why I was experiencing this discomfort. He walked me through why I had this tingling sensation and recommended a schedule to get me back to normal again. As mentioned, I knew something had to be done so I followed through with their routine schedule for 6 weeks. After two weeks of treatment, I 100% could feel noticeable results! I continued with their schedule for the entire 6 weeks, and I have to tell you I have never felt better. I sleep through the entire night with zero discomfort, my energy is back, and I can get a solid workout in now. I cannot say enough positive things about Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation. Dr. Dandrea and the rest of the staff truly takes the time to make sure are comfortable, and ultimately are getting the best treatment possible. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend going to Monmouth Pain and Rehabilitation if you are experiencing even the slightest pain or discomfort, you really never know how big or small the underlying issue is. This establishment and staff are superior to all others in their field. After many months of severe neck and back pain and endless hours of seeking medical care--I have FINALLY found my answers. Thanks to these doctors and staff!! The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and educated on all the current medical findings. They treat EVERY patient with love and genuine kindness. The facility is immaculate and every piece of equipment is totally up to date. They have specialized professionals for every procedure. (Chiropractor, Physical Therapy, Accu-puncture, and a Physician just to name a few.) It is a total unique and modernized approach to our medical field. It is a very convenient one stop shopping for your medical needs. The owner Dr.D is totally meticulous to every detail and treats his patients like family. I highly recommend Monmouth Pain & Rehabilitation to everyone of all ages. My husband, myself and my 3 boys are beyond satisfied with the care we receive. They accept most insurances, so this is another plus. Their mission statement to succeed in healing is evident at every visit. We are blessed ( and feeling much better) since we discovered this establishment.

Starting from the moment you walk in the door to your appointment you get exceptional & personalized treatment at Monmouth Pain & Rehabilitation. The entire staff is friendly and they make you feel like youre part of their family within your first appointment. I am 23 years old but my lower back made me feel like I was 90 & very crooked prior to going here; that all changed within the first week of me getting chiropractic work done. Dr. Murray set me up with an 8 week treatment plan which, currently, I am halfway through and I feel so great, my body is so much straighter, I am about 95% better & back to feeling 23! I cannot express enough how amazing this place is, I recommend it to anyone & everyone- they will fix you!

I started going to Monmouth Pain & Rehab in the beginning of February for treatment of my ankle. I was very eager to get back to playing soccer, but my injury was preventing this from happening. After talking with my brother (who also is a patient here) he recommended me to Monmouth Pain and since then all I have seen is improvements in my ankle! Everyone who works here is helpful and treats you like family. Like my brother said its not like your going to another doctors office that just treat you like another insurance claim. Whether it be the physical therapists, ladies at the front desks, the acupuncturist or chiropractors, or whoever else not mentioned, the entire team is fantastic!

I have struggled with ankle issues for months, and after two months of physical therapy essentially a waste with no improvement, I thankfully found Monmouth Pain and Rehab. All three physical therapists have helped me, especially Angie who worked with me the most, and I have made strides with resolving my issues. Right from my first day I was on the road to recovery, getting to work after accurately pinpointing my problem. Im happy to say that after only a few months, Ive improved to better than I was even before my injury, and with physical therapy as well as chiropractic adjustments I feel like a new person. I truly feel that Dr. D cares about my well being and is in this profession to help people.
