I called three times and each time they said they will get back to me to confirm if they accept my insurance. Guess what? They didnt. If you are in such business you need to have freindly receptionist who are willing to help people when they are in pain. Im not trying to get a free service from you!! Client doesnt need to be chasing you to see if you accept insurance, let them know one way or other.

I have had a great experience with this office. They are always happy to see me on short notice and after an adjustment with Dr McKay I always feel much better. I also sent my sister there with an ankle injury and they checked her over for free and just gave her some advice since they didnt think an adjustment was the best way forward for her.

I wish the web site hand more info and way to communicate with the doctor.Sometimes , because im so busy I cant call right away when I have a question, I wish the were more contact forms! Please contact me when there are more forms I would love to review and pass on the web site to family and friends!
